Finally, there is a wheelchair friendly RV!! We had the opportunity to partner with Winnebago to use one of their accessibility enhanced RV to travel south for the New Year! We absolutely loved being able to get Cole in and out of the RV with such ease! Cole also enjoyed being able to stay in his chair during the long drives!

About Roll With Cole & Charisma:
Hey everyone! We’re Cole & Charisma. Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about how we make things work as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. There are certainly differences, and despite them we have a great time, all the time! On this channel, you’ll find travel vlogs, Q&As, couple challenges, how-to/educational videos and more. We started this channel to bring people into our lives so we can answer some questions about how we navigate the world. We’ll show you behind-the-scenes stuff people typically don't see, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. You'll quickly see in our episodes that we're all about positivity, inclusion, and keeping a great attitude no matter your circumstances, so if that's what you're into, you're in the right place!

When you guys went to eat lunch and forgot to video! I say wonderful! When the fun is enough to make you forget, just go with it! Thank you for including your followers on this trip! Without my husband to go with me on trips now, I’m scared to go. And I haven’t put myself out there socially since his death. I think when I’m ready to do that, I’ll make some friends and travel. I absolutely love Charleston! I spent a week in Myrtle Beach last year and made sure to get to Charleston while I was in S.C. It weirdly didn’t rain at all during the day!

Charisma my son loves animals, but snakes in particular. He went into the Army in 2009 for 4 years and left his snakes with me.
They are pretty easy to care for as long as you aren’t getting into breeding and we stuck with no aggressive snakes. He had several ball pythons, a king snake, and a milk snake. They were all very docile and never tried to bite us.
His black and white king snake was my favorite; because he was active and enjoyed being held. He was fun to watch when he was active. He like to dig tunnels in his substrate.
Ball Pythons don’t get extremely big and are for the most part very docile and friendly. Most of them just ball up when you pick them up. The ones that are more outgoing will move some while you’re holding them.
The main things to consider about snakes is that you have the money to set up an enclosure to give them enough room to move around. There substrate has to be a certain humidity level or shedding becomes an ordeal. We really liked the ease of using coconut husk substrate. It holds up really well and only has to be replaced 2-4x a year depending on the size of the snake and the enclosure. Snakes are like kids, some are messy and some are not.
It’s easy to monitor your humidity level if you buy a gage. Misting the enclosure usually brings the humidity back up pretty quickly and easily. Feeding is by far the hardest part; because you have to learn each snakes feeding cues and preferences. It can be a lot of fun if you love animals-snakes in particular. If feeding live animals bothers you, you can purchase frozen mice and rats for snake food. Or you can raise your own snake food like we did. We had mice for the smaller snakes and rats for the larger one.

Hi I'm Joe from South Carolina. 40 minutes away from Charleston. Your videos makesa me feeewwl so much better about my self. I auffer from crippling arthritis and Gout. I also have a colostomy. And lost a kidney and I also lost my mom July a year ago from cancer so I feel down a lot and I also feel like I have no body to talk to anymore so I tend to be depressed all the time now . I would like to thank you for your videos. Even though I don't have no one any more. Some how you both makes me feel like I am somebody and I'm not alone. Again thank you and I'm very grateful to you both

Charleston is on my bucket list now. I went to Charleston this summer...but the wrong one! In West Virginia. Quint knows the deal with snakes....when I think of them I always picture them just trying to wrap around ny neck, hell naw. They creep me out.

The only time have been to Charleston it rained! As for the RV, awesome! I have been in a wheelchair for about 6 months and we just spent 11 days in our travel trailer, not accessible. Luckily I can use crutches to get in and out but the pain level increased about 10 times. I hope to be walking soon, but right now, it isn’t happening. Hopefully it will happen, but if not, you have shown me it doesn’t have to be the end if the world. Thank you for that!

@Nellie Leigh yes me too, I’ve only noticed a couple of times and he’s made mention and talked about the accident in length, but that’s the first time I have seen them zoom in! My husband had brain surgery 3x’s. Doing so, the surgeon used the same scar each time to perform the surgery. After the 3rd time and they told us it could happen, the incision broke open and wouldn’t grow back together. I took care of him daily so I had to clean it and keep it covered. It drained clear fluid so that made the need to change the dressing more often. When the nurse told me I had to do this I had to pray for the strength to do so. Without being “prayed up,” I couldn’t have done it!
