Chi was my fav bassist for Deftones imo, being their longest and they all got along great in those 18 years, and an outstanding backing vocalist with his loud screams going live and in Headup, Needles and Pins and much others, RIP Chi Cheng, u really helped this underrated band rise, much credit and for Sergio as well, they were the best❤️🔥🎶
I've ran a tributepage for Chi since his accident (Myspace/Facebook) and have talked to fans all over the world on there, and so many of them speak of how Deftones - and especially Chi - have been a major part of their lives. Chi is loved all over the world. His family has told me repeatedly how the fans' love and support got them through everything. Thank you for sharing that.

As a native of Lodi, Ca I got into these guys at like 10 yrs old after learning Steph and chino went to high school like three blocks from me. Deftones wrote the soundtrack to my life. Rest in peace, Chi. One love
