I hope you guys like my edit! Many of you liked the other edit I made which was similar to this so I decided to edit one based on supernatural. I wanted to try to show the pain that individuals experience when their parents leave them or they don't have a good father and/or mother figures in their lives. I also wanted to show how these situations affected them.

I know I'm late but don't feel bad about it. It's not your fault or anything. It's hard having parents who just see through you and don't see how their actions affect their own kids. But it's not your fault. Be happy about the life you have. You prob deserve it and some people are out there who come a long way from having no love growing up. But that's just how we were raised and it's okay.

Screw my real dad , but I felt so bad when my grandad died ( foster father ) , that it made me physically sick for a year , to the point where I had to lose my job , get a neurologist , therapist , and psychiatrist . Miss him so much 😪❤️

Quiet Whispers I am , I'm in therapy still , and taking anti psychotics to treat bipolar 2 , which gives me severe depressive episodes . It also helps with my anxiety , since my doctor said I internalize stress instead facing it , and that makes me physically ill. I'm even job searching again , and trying to get back to EMT school 😊😊

I can relate to Dean so much.. 😭
God, this was like watching my life. My dad ran off and abandoned our family the day after my seventh birthday, taking my birthday money with him, and then I didn't see him for almost 14 years, other than the occasional phone call to ask for money. Then he suddenly walked back into my life and wanted to pretend that nothing happened. And I gave him another chance, like an idiot, and after a year of trying to mend our relationship, he just got on a plane and left again, two days before my birthday, without a phone call, or saying goodbye. Now he's back a year later and he hasn't called me, but he called my sister to let her know he was looking living in an apartment and had been for a month. I just hate him so much and I just feel so worthless, but I know that I shouldn't. Everything will be fine.

Tamera Farly it’s ok. Both of my parents are abusive. My family tossed me aside. The schools I went to wouldn’t help. They kicked me out. But it makes me want to be what they weren’t to my own future kids
this hit me right in the feels its so good. My dad abandoned me when he got married to another woman when i was 6 and is trying hard to find his other daughter who doesnt live in the same town but he will avoid me and give me dirty looks and not even explain why i wasnt good enough to have a father... so screw fathers!

i hate what dean went through. he had to become so much for sam from the moment their mom died. but i feel like they don’t show what sam went through enough in these videos. i know dean had it tough but so did sam. he probably grew up thinking he wasn’t good enough because his dad always threw him aside especially when he got older. and in the recent seasons when his mom got back. she acted like she cared more for dean. that’s just my opinion

this does make me really sad because I know what it is like growing up with a terrible dad my dad lived with me till I was about 4 when he did live with me he would beat me and my older brother then he left I didn't hear for him from a year he came back in to my life so he said but he only saw me on weekends i was so scared of him then he did something unimaginable that i have never fully recovered from i probably never will so to everyone who has a shit dad like me I'm sorry cos I know how much it sucks

vampire diaries, Supernatural, and Lucifer were the saddest most best shows on the CW app and Netflix. Especially dean i never realized how hard it was for him. he was a dad. Bestfriend. and brother to Sam. and would do anything for him.

My dad is an idiot, he was the first person to break my heart and now I have this constant hole in my heart. I’ve never woken up on my birthday to see him, he only moans at me and makes me cry. Because of him I have depression and anxiety and trust issues so cheers to the dads that just give the amazing mothers money as a get out of jail free card!!

I feel like no one has the same problems as me. My father didn't abuse me. He didn't die. He didn't drink alcohol. He didn't get divorced from my mother. He isn't in prison. But he's not in the picture anymore. I wish I could feel like I have valid problems. I wish they weren't so confusing, to where I have to explain every time someone asks "Where's your father?". I wish things were simpler. I wish I had him back.

Klaus mikaelson's story is sadder than all of them. He was abused by his father and then he found out that he was a proof his mother's indiscretion. He never felt like he belonged and he felt alone, and he secretly hated it. He felt like his siblings felt differently about it and because of the cruelty that had been done to him by both parents, in which his siblings helped restrained him so it could happen, he became cold and paranoid. Nobody ever laid a hand on the winchesters and even though John left them at hotel rooms, in his own way he did love them. Klaus never had that affection.
I meet my dad for the first time when I was 14 I wanted to meet him I wanted a father cause the man who raised me died of cancer it was the biggest mistake of my life I wish I had never done it because he told me he loved me and would be there for me now but all he does is do drugs and is in prison can't get a stable place to live he's been like that since he was 16 and there's no changing him so all of you who are upset about you father leaving you I get it but sometimes it's the best thing for you I would have grew up much worse if my father was in my life I jsut need to forget about him and remember the man who spent the last 14 years of his life raising me that's a real father blood or not he died loveing me like his own because my really father didn't want me

This story sounds similar.....with few things different....My dad addicted to sex and lost his job trying to keep his many whores afloat by stealing from his job and now cant find a place and is so afraid of being alone now (mom left him....and now she dead so you know tha thurts) and I barely talk to him so he clinging to a druggie crack whore who also fucking other men but he doesnt seem to care. Oh how some fathers just fall so far.....seems to be a running curse so far in this damn family of mine.
My cousin father left when he was only 4 and he was abusive, my other cousins father (my uncle by blood unlike the other cousin father) tries forcing his sudden new wife and sudden new kids onto his older kids because "he the father and he takes care of them so they have to deal that he found someone to be with and got pregnant but only been with her about a month and got her pregnant on accident but we are going to get married." (note he been a widow for 4 5 maybe 6 years) and then proceeds to alienate his son when he decides to not move in with him and stay with his grandparents because he has school he goes too and doesn't want to transfer, because he refuses to obey my uncle's rule of calling my uncle's new wife "mom", and got a job while still in school so he can prep for college.
Then my uncle alienates his daughter recently this past year because she graduated from high school but wanted to go move in with her aunt from her mothers side and since she wants to move away to get a job and start her own life slowly she bad because she "betraying him" by going over to my cousin's mothers family side who he hates for no reason really.
Wow my family just fucked up.....

Neither of my parents left but my dad put his addictions ahead of everything and was verbally abusive all the time and if he was coming down of his high and couldn't get back up with his high sometimes he would try to be physically abusive to my little sister and I but my mom wouldn't let him she'd take it and fight him back this video just hits kinda home and I love the video good job.

My dad didn't leave. The fact that he was there my whole life and emotionally (and at times physically) abused me into my 20's is...somehow so...so worse. I don't even know what love really is, and I still have to disabuse myself from thinking it was my fault or I deserved it.
