Oh! and regarding the Italy Brothers' names....Italy is actually Veneziano Italy, or North Italy, and Romano is actually Romano Italy, or South Italy. The reasoning in this is to disguise the difference between the two brothers , since they are both apart of Italy. Romano does call Feliciano Veneziano instead of Italy like everyone else because of this. That and the fact that the North half and the South half of the country are very different from one another, which is the reason why the Italy Brothers where created in the first place.
Mano a mano means 'hand to hand,' it's used a lot in many places (Latin America, US, Italy, etc). Its meaning changes depending on the situation, for example, if you're about to get in a fight, the opponent might say 'mano a mano' to make you understand the fight is without weapons.
