I've been with CST for over 2 years now, after crushing my body hard for almost 50 years as a kickboxer, combatives practioner, and a now retired SWAT Team leader. The CST Program is the way to go. I'm 63 now, and the CST program has been a total game changer for me. I've always trained to physical "redline" since my teens, but when I hit 60, things started hurting more than they used to as expected. Not sensible to do that anymore. Pat not only showed me a better way after 50 years of training, but gave me the "permission" to train much smarter. Thanks brother!....And thank you for your service.😅
Arch ups, reverse leg lifts, arch body holds and rocks, elbow side plank twists, supine windshield wipers, double and single leg hamstring curls from the shoulder bridge position, natural leg curl, natural glute ham raises

Do you have any videos or recommendations for sources on calisthenics and targeting particular muscles? Mostly in the back and legs.

I read this wrong originally, and thought you said “back of legs.” So this is a big list of back and hamstring exercises.
@@Ricky-Noll All good, I appreciate the feedback.
