God I love Approach of the Second Sun. I vividly remember drafting Quandrix and splashing Study Breaks and Approach back in Strix; just poured melted cheese all over my opponents when I could pull it off, which surprisingly was fairly often with all the ramp and quirky Lessons.
Shouldn't Lutri + Approach work? Put Approach (from hand) on stack, copy with Lutri. Lutri copy goes off first, and when the real Approach (from hand) hand resolves it sees 1) you've cast it from hand and 2) another Approach was cast this game. Should work no?
Collective defiance was a Big overperformer for me. The "target Player windfalls" Effect can bei so good. I Had a Game where I knew my opponent got a Card from a Key. I Chose them with that Mode and they discarded time Warp plus snapcastermage and torential gearhulk. Then they conseeded during there Turn to my Board lol
@20:00 reading the card explains the card. Hardly mattered here I think, but you dont have to do 2 targets+divide the damage it says right on it one or two targets and divide damage as you choose
Unfortunately, when you copy a spell you may only change the targets of the spell ("you may choose new targets for the copy" text). All other aspects of the spell, including the choice on how to divide the damage up (and therefore the number of targets), must remain the same. So Kenji has to choose two targets for the copy of Electrolyse, and both of those targets will take 1 damage.
Nummy totally in his element when playing control. You love to see it
Kenji doing Nummy things in this Cube and I’m here for it.
Really sick deck and clearly the champion of the Lutri bracket.

Woahhhhhh nummy is playing blue red spells?!?!?!?! Shocking (totally here for it)
All I want to do in life is cast variations on divination and lighting bolt.
Turn 0: Noo we're deaaaad.
Turn 17: Chat we did it!
The disrespect for Agent of Raffine. That guy is probably top 10 creatures in the cube and you cut him.
Kenji: Arena cube? You mean jeskai approach?

copying a spell =/= casting a spell
if you copy approach you've still only cast the first one

Wow

Not taking pteramender from the last two picks with UR spells? 🤔
Card's very medium and probably could be replaced in the cube
Not worth taking even in izzet spells means just chaff

Still should of killed his own iconoclast to cancel the adventure
