Yeah, many states have reported similar issues, not just Democrat but Republican states as well! The US is seriously struggling with the drug epidemic! As for Amber, yeah, I think she finally got her wake-up call. She left Philadelphia after rehab!
Seriously….. you’re talking about people! Many of them have been either arrested or put into rehab for 30 days! The new Mayor is serious about cleaning up K&A and she’s getting the job done! I’m not sure what will happen after the 30 days though!

There is no single human being that can fix this. This is a result of decades worth of greed, it will take a lot of people/money, and a lot of years to turn around these problems in society. Major problem with that is people want a "quick answer", there just isn't one...they really don't want to pay for it, or put the time in to fix it either.
