I used to eat these all the time but stopped buying them because they were too addictive. I recommend adding enoki mushrooms if you want a bigger meal. They soak up the flavour really well and have a similar chewy texture to the noodles. You can also add bean sprouts though you should use less water because they will dilute the soup.
Oh shitt....... mushrooms literally add new flavour to everything! It's crazy. Like... you got chicken soup? Add shiitake mushrooms, it absorbed like a sponge, then when you bite into it... EXPLOSION OF FLAVOUR.
