I 100% get the cost and complexity difference validates the choice to go LS, but an S63B44 would have been a crazy swap. Probably easier to start with an X5M though.

Hey great video I just talked to someone about buying their X5 that has a no motor or trans and I was thinking of doing something similar. You need someone to help you and to break the tension and add humor to the videos. I know everyone is a critic now days and this was the first video of yours I watched so for all I know you could have 1000 comedians working with you but this just happened to be their day off.
Putting and American heart into an American made SAV!!! You didn’t really mention why you went with old ford opposed to something more natural to the GM engine/trans. Is it just beefiness and common for your application?
Gm cases are typically passenger side front output and I needed drivers side. It’s pretty common for this type of thing

ok, I'm confused when explaining the suspension you said the third link goes to the top of the diff, but the 3rd link bracket is on the passenger side, and you have a driver side drop transfer case? otherwise I'm impressed I've never seen a build of this caliber move this fast.
Love the series, but the mid roll music is annoying imo
