I 100% get the cost and complexity difference validates the choice to go LS, but an S63B44 would have been a crazy swap. Probably easier to start with an X5M though.
Putting and American heart into an American made SAV!!! You didn’t really mention why you went with old ford opposed to something more natural to the GM engine/trans. Is it just beefiness and common for your application?

ok, I'm confused when explaining the suspension you said the third link goes to the top of the diff, but the 3rd link bracket is on the passenger side, and you have a driver side drop transfer case? otherwise I'm impressed I've never seen a build of this caliber move this fast.

Gm cases are typically passenger side front output and I needed drivers side. It’s pretty common for this type of thing
