Dear Caro, I'm so happy that you created this beautiful video. I was lucky enough to visit Giverny several years ago and spent hours in the garden with my cousin doing small water color paintings. It is a sweet memory. The act of looking and painting allows one to be completely immersed. This way I tried to take a little bit back home :-) They are a source of joy whenever I see them. I love the watercolor painting you did, inspired by Monet's gardens. Can't wait to see what is next. ❤

I'm French, and since I traveled to Canada, I only have one thing I really wish to do : escape from France. (And Paris I had mostly bad experiences the few times I was there)
So it's good to realize that there is still some charm in this country. Especially in the villages.

I noticed some vitiligo forming on your skin recently, or maybe something else. Might be time to introduce meat back into your diet? You can start with chickens in your new home! Hi Stephanie! Thank you for your sweet message. What you noticed on my skin is skin candida, I have been changing my diet as well as adding some topical herbs for a few months in order to heal my candida imbalance, but it isn't healed yet. I'm still looking forward making more changes until the I hit the right combination and I can fully heal from it. My relationship with not eating animals and eating animal meat is changing and it's been -and continues to be- a huge journey of letting go of shame, worry of being judged and so so many different feelings, thank you for checking in on me ot really means the world :)
@@Cafeinacoli Yes, I understand myself coming from 15 years of veganism. I had to stop after my health declined and pre-mature signs of aging. It was so hard to make the switch but it led me to become a health coach now! I discovered the pasture raised animals from regenerative local farms and the book nourishing traditions and weston a price style of eating. I am actually from NY originally you have access to farms and raw milk up there. Anyway, thank you for your thoughtful response! I hope to come to one of your retreats soon and connect in person!
