Es importante tambien saber que las terminaciones del imperfecto de subjuntivo derivan de el tercera persona del plural del preterito indefinido (simple past). So the third person past of 'ayudar' is ayudaron. Simply chop off the 'on', add an 'a' and then you have both the first and third person singular for this tricky mode. (Add 'as' for the second person singular). It's slightly more complicated with irregular verbs though. This same process occurs, but you have to remember to use a different stem eg. for 'ver', ellos vieron (past) leads to yo viera (past subjunctive).
Siga con el buen trabajo con estas explicacionces en castellano, por favor. Eso es mucho mas util para nosotros alumnos mas avanzados.

¡Qué eficaz es este modo de enseñar usando tres columnas para construir frases! ❤ Gracias por tu gran trabajo. ProSpanish no solo me ayuda a repasar mi español básico sino ampliarlo con expresiones más avanzadas.👍 Muchísimas gracias por explicar la lección más avanzada en español. 🎯
Viy a practicar usando esta expresión tan util:
    TE APETECE + infinivo
    = do you fancy ...

    • @bobthejanitor9346

because the "th" is the Spain accent. in Latin America, it sounds like "s". I just started learning Spanish ten months ago. keep it up, it's great fun!
