First time I’ve heard Cody Weightman do an interview and I didn’t realise how well spoken he was. He answered the questions directly and didn’t fall into cliches and he was insightful and interesting without saying anything the Dogs would be unhappy about.
Yep I will always cheer a bit for guys that can give intelligent non cliche answers

I have always enjoyed Cody's sheer enthusiasm for footy and admire him for it.
Now, having heard him speak, I also admire him for his no-nonsense eloquence.
He puts many permanent 'talking heads' on various footy shows to shame.
Such a pity that Nine "lost the link" to Cody's art work. I will research that elsewhere.

Look, Marcus Bontempelli is a great player, but he and Nick Dacos are not the best players in the AFL. This honour belongs to Isaac Heaney, and it's backed up by champion data stat's.
If your talking about this year alone yeah. But Heeney has had the luxury of having good players around him consistently where as the Bont has had to do it himself mostly with a bit of help from Treloar and Nick Daicos has had to change his role and basically run the midfield by himself since 3 quarters of the mids are out injured. Just helps if you have that consistency in the squad so Heeney can do his thing where as the other 2 players I mentioned haven't had as much luxury this year so far.
Bont does it every year,heeney is a one off!
