Please prioritize safety first. You can upload videos with non-lift projects while you sort this out. I have pasted 3 comments down below from professional lift installers on the subject: From @Marc11M Hey Caleb I install lifts for a living, if I was inspecting those lifts they would immediately fail because of the anchoring. I'm not as familiar with bendpak but every 2 post I've installed comes with 5-1/2 anchors which looks to be what these did come with. Most lifts want minimum 4-1/4 inches of 3000psi concrete with minimum 3-1/4 anchor embedment, as well as staying around 3-1/2 inches from cracks, seams in the floor, relief cuts, edges of the concrete, old anchors etc. which you can't see some of those issues with the epoxy already on the floor. Those anchors are pulled up way too far so either you don't have enough concrete or the concrete there is low psi or cracked/weak. I would guess you have maybe 1-2 inches of embedment on some anchors especially the ones near the drain, also since you cut off the extra length of the anchor that would also be an immediate fail due to that alone. With the little amount of room to move the lifts around in your shop I would seriously recommend you to remove the lifts and get new concrete pads poured. I do not want to see you get hurt or killed from those lifts failing please take my recommendation for your safety From @deanandrejevic1946 install, maintain and do insurance inspections on garage equipment in the UK and funnily enough used to fit Bendpak ramps and this 100% my thoughts. The bolts pulling up is extremely concerning. The cutting of the bolts is an instant condemn. Please please please get some concrete pads. I don't know if the specs in the US is different but 1m squared and 500mm deep is what we would recommend, but it will also say in the manual minimum concrete specs. It may seem overkill and a ballache but it's better than a lift falling. I've seen it happen and it isnt pretty. I see a lot of these videos and the fact Bendpak don't send professional fitters out when they ship the lifts is appalling. From @JessopRyan I fit lifts too, in the U.K. so the rules will be different. I agree those bolts pulling though aren’t good. $50 used large flatbed scanner and a flat ruler for scale. Pretty perfect for scanning flat surfaces to adapt to CNC. A cheap tv/monitor screen protector can be used to prevent metal parts from scratching the glass with metal parts. 50% of the time a photo does the job but it skews flat surfaces, so prevent wasted metal and time with a scanner. Only takes 2 min longer than taking a photo.
