Surfside Sandwich Shoppe is the place to go on Padre Island! I had a great Tuna sandwich - if I tried the BLT, I would have to turn in my shul membership! LOL! That is only funny to those of you on the inside of "Shul." Great selection of sandwiches, and a Happy Hour that has a number of food items at a reduced price. I had the Mozzarella and Marinara toast mini sandwiches - really delicious! Great sweet tea on the hot day in late July when I went. And televised sports on the big screen TVs! Going back to Surfside Sandwich Shoppe - come go with me! Lunch is on me! Dr. Bernie McPherson
