First match of the day in Seniors. I only had one opponent here so it was going to be a best 2 of 3. Spent the first :40 fighting for grips, and then I threw a koshi guruma and slipped off. I started to get more active after we were brought back up, using ko uchi as a set up to just get us moving. My activity worked because he got a shido at 1:46. This made me want to control ties and work him around the edges hoping to pick up another. At 2:00 I was able to get my hips turned and get him moving, and at 2:14 hit a half speed uchi mata for a wazari. Got the osaekomi for the win.
