    Drill machine also not proper way for cutting shield bcz some time shield powder go's in to the ic's and shield powder short some balls under ic and creat a problem

    When you want to change an ic or reball it, how do you heat it so that the ic below it on the other side of the board doesn't get disconnect from the board? Because based on your explanation, any strong heating on one side of the board will cause loose connections on the other side.
