  • Rise And FALL Of Celebrity Fast Fashion Collaborations, A Never Ending Nightmare
A staggering 49% of young Brits admit they’d purchase clothing just because their favorite celebrity endorses or designs it. With Kylie Jenner's latest brand launch, it feels like every celebrity is trying their hand at the fashion game, turning an already saturated industry into a nightmarish web of trend-chasing, low-quality items.
Despite mounting criticism, celebrities like Naomi Campbell and Kourtney Kardashian continue endorsing these brands, leaving us to wonder: How long will this nightmare continue, and will the industry wake up in time?

They’re all unethical. Balenciaga and Dior and also subscribe to exploitative practices. You really need to research what you’re buying. Also buying preloved and reloved is great! And there are also a few other brands like Sezane that are environmentally friendly and subscribe to ethical work practices. Research is key.

Yes! Additionally, if more people donated their unwanted clothes rather than try to sell them for a few bucks, the reuse cycle would be even better. For example, my daughter did not want my one of a kind wedding dress so I donated it with the knowledge that some girl will be thrilled to find it in a resale shop. I hope it makes her feel as beautiful as I did wearing it!
