Are you both managing your times between tournaments? Sounds like a late reg for the turbo event would have been better as well. If you’re traveling around Asia / US to play then make sure you have the correct credit cards etc. happy to give more tips if you need. Obviously Vietnam is not a safe place to book in advance given the current scene.

May I just check, for cash games, what are the rules on leaving the table ? If you lose you initial buy in, can you not re buy in and leave ? Conversely if you won in a short span of time say 1 hour , can you leave the table ? What’s the rules and expected conduct of these scenarios? Don’t want ppl say we “hit and run”
Why do you guys prefer to play tourneys so much when yal always seem to be making money in the cash games? 😅 Tourneys have so many flips especially the turbos, so personally I much prefer sticking with cash all the way throughout my “poker” trips haha! A few days of good cash games can get you up a hefty sum too on top of that free trip 🎉
Haha yes totally agree with you! ☺️ We actually play a lot more cash games and still do, esp. when we visit Vegas / Macau! We only got into tourneys 1 year ago, and started to enjoy the thrill of the game and winning (or almost winning) the trophy! 🏆🤩
Genting casino got lots of child ghosts whose purpose is to make gamblers lose their money. Not that they are no winners but few and don't be greedy after winning. If you go back the next day and the following days the chances of losing is higher.

Poker and Blackjack are the only games where you have a lot of control on your results but still luck is involved

We usually go for the tourneys there which they host once every 3 months! And play the cash games while we’re there - RM 10 ante, 20 bb
