Great pointer about maintaining a firm grip at all times during the twirl. I've never seen that emphasized once till watching this video. I've watched more than 600 you tube FMA videos. Great job!

Not a problem, we learned first hand that if we don't warm up our joints we're more like to injury ourselves. We're in our 20's anymore LOL!

Nice. We always do warm ups including the footwork before classes to avoid injury and build dexterity in the limbs. Also helps getting the blood flowing 😉

I rlly wanna be an arnis when I was a kid I was an arnis but someone told me to quit.. I was grade 4 practicing.. And bc of that person I quit I believe in what she said.. And so I did quit and now.. IDK what to dooo I wanna learn more about your skills!

Thank you for sharing your story. As we interview more and more old school instructors, most of them said their parents did not want them to learn arnis. According to the old generation, some said Arnis was only used by bad/criminal people. And they did not want their kids affiliated with that. Where are you based? I'm sure we can connect you to an instructor. Or reach to Jesse on his social media outlets on IG: @just_j_santiago or on facebook @j.s. santiago.

Kung nais mong maiwasan ang mga sprains at pinsala, oo. Nais mong ilipat ang iyong katawan at kalamnan sa iba't ibang direksyon upang magpainit ng katawan para sa pagsasanay.
