    What about people with osteoarthritis of the knees. I just can't sit in kneeling position as the knee is painful.

      Warm up your heal by massage and hot fomentation that will make it easier I have same problem

    Sir I do yogasan 4 times a week but my legs are tired and stiff. Which yoga pose will fix this problem? Please let me know. I am 50 years old
