When you ask the last woman where had she been abroad. When she said philippines, you said 'nande philippines?' Which means why philippines. Why was her being in the philippines questionable?. Is philippines different from other asian countries?. Filipinos love japan and the japanese culture and the people. As do I, Sure Philippines was heavily influenced by western culture but we're stilm asian. I was just hurt that as a Filipino admiring Japan, seems like Some japanese people aren't recognizing my own country.
You say that in such a spiteful way Shakam, one could assume you're triggered by a shitty joke by playing on the stereotype put forth by pornos that white women in general would cheat on their partners with black guys. Which isn't common. You should probably also learn spacing. I mean, if you went insinuated something like 'Me: gets pike" which was a very common way Europeans in the middle ages humiliated each other. But no, you had to go with the assumption that some white guy's wife and mom would rather be fucked by a black guy than literally do anything else.
@Rich Fly Rather satire, of course there will always be good and bad people no matter what skin color they are, but black people can be real thirsty sometimes and im more scared of a 23cm schlong than a 13cm white schlong.
Damn it feels good to be a french girrrl c: (just kidding, foreigners think of me as a "girl that is very feminine, polite, hates foreigners because... why not classify every french people as rude ? Oh yeah; she eats cheese too.")
A girl said she was very kindly treated in foreign countries, and said, if it's in Japan, Japanese won't do this much ... I think it's because you are a Japanese girl and when you ask some Japanese for "where is the place", Japanese think you understand what they say, and they know you can find the place, so they won't take you to where exactly it is. My friend, and old foreign lady, she can't speak Japanese nor English, and she tried to ask a Japanese man where is Shibuya station, that guy was almost late for his work (it was in the morning, and the old lady told me, the guy looked his watch for many times, the old lady wanted to say, "You have work, I can try to ask someone else", but she can't say English nor Japanese), he TOOK HER TO THE SHIBUYA STATION... Well, I just want to say in Japan, if you are a foreigner, they also go that far... Sorry for the comment is not really related to the video.
Only to the 2D Japanese women. The contrast between how they look like and act in the anime and real life is a bit too stark for disgust to be avoidable. On the other hand a good looking asian woman in general is always a good option - they have good family values and work ethic - things in general lacking in Western women so as long as you can find a looker you'd be silly not to go for it.
mysteryman2024 Your lucky to even be in Japan. I’m not obsessed with anime or video games. I’ve seen some and played many. It just seems like a very special place.
definitely are some social rights where women do not have all the same priveliges. like in Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to drive. however in pakistan women do have tge ability to become Doctors. the main issue is more social standing in these countries. it is not mandatory to wear a hijab or burka, but it is definitely frowned upon and would be considered a slut. my sister was very harrased because we visited an arabic country for a short while. she was not allowed to look anyone in the eye. and it was also because she wore a short skirt. so yeh. and altho a minority of refugees. sexual harassment has increased immensely. like they believe it is mainly wrong before marriage. but a lot of them just think it's ok and that the women are all begging for it because of the way they dress differently.
I love gyoza! That's why I looked up how to make it with Cooking With Dog. It is good that you are teaching people about Japan. Some people may not know how to approach a Japanese girl if they like her. But it has nothing to do with yaki gyoza. lol
I’m American & I’ve been married to my Japanese wife for 10 years. Her parents, who are from northern Saitama (serious countryside) have always been very kind and friendly to me. Even though when her mother met me she said I looked like a “professional wrestler”.🤪
I thought the one girl's story at 5:26 about the guy who went out of his way to escort her to her destination was pretty interesting, particularly since she thought it couldn't happen in Japan. To the contrary, I've heard many similar stories from westerners in Japan about asking for directions and then being taken by the hand (sometimes literally) and guided directly to their destination. As a foreigner just visiting a place you often see a very different side of the people and place than do the natives.
@@zanebecause00111 good luck living anywhere but SF and NYC. America is practically a car country, not that it matters anyways. China is leading in pollution anyways .
Yeah the USA has terrible public transit. That's one thing that many international students and visitors complain about. Whenever I visit various countries in Northern Europe, their public transit puts the USA's to shame.
No this is a growing problem in the US as well. Younger Millennials and the following generations have far less interest in not only owning a car but even driving them. As a note that's not just city kids but also kids in suburban and rural areas as well.
@lightsouthaha You're right many Americans do, but car culture seems to have faded away over the last 10 years. These stories started back around 2012 and have persisted to this day. Ranging from sources like Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Vox, The Atlantic, NY Times, multitudes of articles from metro area newspapers (Chicago, DC, etc). Honestly you can just google something like millenials drive less or younger americans drive less (that's what I just did to list those sources). Honestly, half the reason this is probably true is the pervasive nature of Uber and Lyft.
That girl who told that story about her time in Vancouver...I've seen that happen first hand. When I was in Vancouver riding the bus, a young Canadian man saw an elderly couple visiting from Southern California who were about to explore Stanley Park. Not only did he offer to show them where to get off the bus, but he insisted on guiding them around the park himself because he had no other plans for the afternoon. Canadians seem to be just that friendly.
I ordered you book from amazon last month and I really enjoyed it!.And your videos too..Keep up the great work!.The subject of dating in Japan is fascinating!.I've been to Japan 5 times and I have made some friends with musicians from the local Tokyo music scene. My friends are mostly female but unfortunately they are all platonic relationships. I am absolutely crazy about one of them but it's hard to escalate without the possibility of pushing her away and being turned off. Plus it's very easy for foreigners to mistake kindness for interest!.. And living in separate countries {I'm American} it is very difficult to start anything.
ThatJapaneseManYuta most Japanese women like with man of own nation, most commonly they are more interested Japan, Korean or chinese man .... that's all I know ..
+Kartika Widjaya That's very true. Only some are interested in foreigners particularly white or black. They tend to be interested in English and foreign cultures. I just noticed very traditional Japanese women wouldn't marry a foreigner. The other thing I noticed is very pretty Japanese girls don't usually marry foreigners. They will marry a handsome Japanese boy or one with good character and money!
+injanhoi1 I understand that it would be difficult to actually marry a Japanese women because of language and cultural differences. Plus I'm not looking to get married. I just hope my female Japanese friends actually like me because I don't seem to be a priority with them. They are slow to respond on social media but I see them reply to others quickly. In fact I sent a message to the girl I like telling her I was going to Japan in a few months and she never replied..She has replied in the past but not this time. So I have serious doubts about the whole thing
That thing about the giving directions and actually taking some one to where theyre looking for, I've done it. I let 2 korean guy tourists who underestimated the cost of travel and were broke stay at my house overnight and fed them. Then showed them where to get a cheap bus ticket and paid for it. I met them in front of my work at Sea World and even gave them 4 free tickets. So if anyone thinks the guy on the bus was just flirting, maybe true but then again there are alot of kind people in the world that have empathy for others.
Well, as a foreigner who already has visited the US and usually working overseas, 'Murica is WAY better than plenty of countries. I hate the restrictive policies other countries have to something so simple as carrying a knife, and I mean a utility knife such as SAK, Wenger or even a multitool, not an obvious weapon such as a Ka-bar. On the other side, I've been forced to get down of the bus along with all the passengers for random searches and patdowns in a couple of countries. I may be a minority, but small-town/midsize cities in the US are a dream to me and I think americans don't know how good they have it compared to most of the world.
@@zanebecause00111 It means to me I can enjoy WAY more freedom. My country is overrun by criminals and the law enforcement wave at them and their visible guns, while I can't carry a TOOL without being harassed and my property being taken. Heck, I've have wood chisels (in sheaths, which were also in a bag) seized under the "dangerous weapon" excuse, despite being covered in sawdust. I by no means pass as american. Wanna know how many times I've been harassed by cops in the US? twice. both in commie-fornia. In my country? at least twice a week. Korea? customs and immigration want me to buy the back plane ticket under the argument "I would overstay" if not, even if I explain my company pay for it and they don't know how much time I may stay. Israel? hours of being held "for questioning" in an isolated room in the airport about my background, repeating and rephrasing the same shit once and again. Portugal police has been a pain in my neck for smoking duty free cigarettes "illegally bought"... in the D.F. store on the airport I departed from. Chile threw the british Silk cut cigarettes I bought in england out of my documented luggage... Bottom line, every country got their share of crappyness, but personally I care more for not being accosted by law enforcement on a regular basis for nothing more than I care for some snide or condescending comment from some random person.
@@zanebecause00111 I've traveled far and wide and believe me, it's something you can experience if you are not in a tourist trap. Honestly I can't stand metropolitan US, but I'd rather be in Virginia/Georgia/Texas/Carolina than Spain or Singapore. Granted, social services in the US are shit and their education is in the hole, but at least in the small towns of the big country I've found the most authentic, friendly, and polite people, and that is the only reason I'd love to be there for life. ... Also, the food is great down there.
I have just viewed your video and I would like to give my opinion here on this debate. I think that a dual-culture marriage can work fine if both parties are willing to compromise and are willing to accept each others differences. Not only that, but both can learn from each other more in terms of their cultures as well. In general I am an open-minded person and I grew up with hearing multiple languages as my family is Irish and my grandparents used to speak in Gaelic most of the time. So for me, learning a new language isn't a problem and with an international marriage. If they decide to have children. The children in the family will be atleast bi-lingual which would benefit them in their careers as they could work in a job that involves international trading for example. I would have no problem in marrying a Japanese woman if I met one and the conditions are right for the both of us (i.e: if we are fully compatible). Please do make more videos as I find them interesting and useful. I have subscribed as well. Cheers.
ThatJapaneseManYuta Unfortunately not as I have forgotten most of it due to living in England for all of my life. However that is going to change this year as I want my children to be able to speak it and I want to bring Gaelic back into my family tree :). l still remember a few words but unfortunately its not enough to hold a full conversation. Here is one for saying goodbye to a friend in Gaelic Slán go fóill mo chara. This translates into English as "Bye for now my friend" :). Cheers Ash.
Great job there man! Thanks for putting yourself out there to being rejection and simply doing all that extra footwork to make this video happen. Getting honest opinions from random people in Japan - looking for *real* Japan. Now, I am married to a Japanese woman, so you would think I have the best *real* Japan experience...and I do, however, as we all know, people are different. And my "Japanese" experience is so different from another person's "Japanese" experiences. Thanks again!
Racist....I'm really done with that damned word, like, I couldn't give a shit if someone is racist anymore, the word has become, that bad. You want to date someone of a certain colour/race/background, who gives a crap? It's your damned choice. The word Racist is just like the others, a word to silence opposing views.
Reece Bailey thank God someone understands. And its nice to meet you. Btw I'm actually a Bailey too so it's nice to meet another one. My name's Delano Bailey 😆😆.
In Portugal I guess you have different people depending on how far north or south you go... being from the centre of Portugal, I only know what I've heard, but we say that people from the north are rude (meaning, they use a lot of swear words), but if you go further north it gets more rural and people are nicer and simpler. If you go to the south, people are known to be nice and welcoming, but I think that if you go further south people aren't as nice, maybe because it has become a tourist spot and a lot of foreigners (mainly British) live there. In any case, Portuguese people are known for their hospitality and their warm personalities. And people say the same about Europe! They say people from warm countries (Spain, Italy, Greece, etc) are more welcoming than people from cold countries (Germany, North of France, Switzerland, etc). Maybe temperature has something to do with it?
Do it! I'd recommend you see Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra, Sintra is my favourite place in the world! :) Maybe Coimbra as well, where there is our first university and it has a beautiful library, and you should definitely go to Monsaraz to see the castle and drink some wonderful wine.
My family is from the north of Portugal (Tras-os-Montes), I kind of actually agree with that statement. I tend to stray away from many portuguese when I lived in the states, (I can't find any now that I live in Japan) because I just didn't like the backstabbing and cold tough love lifestyle. I've never been to the southern parts liek Algarve, but I hope to go there one day. All I really know of Portugal is Porto, Minho, Fatima, Braganca and Tras os Montes. What I've seen of Lisbon is just the airport. Nice to meet a fellow Tuga ^_^
Speaking as a Brit, your observation about Britain's friendly people being located up North feels very true. I've lived in the Southeast my whole life and the sheer amount of cockwombles far outweighs the amount of mild-mannered individuals.
What he said in Spanish was. I want to learn more Spanish but I do not have that much time and if you want to speak Spanish with me that will make me happy. Your Spanish is very good you sound like a Latino.
I'd say it's the other way around. Nah, to be honest, most people are neutral but i'd argue there are more bad than good people as it is much easier to be bad, although mostly much more rewarding to be good if you can handle all the pressure.
@Lord Clown I would argue it more good then bad, but everyone has bad parts about them that are alot easier to see at the surface level. If someone yells at you rudely it's easy to believe they are a bad person but they might have been in a bad mood and are normally kind and have many positive parts you just never saw
YohanVan SminkelSmerf that’s 100% true. People think there are more bad than good. And that’s only because we acknowledge them. And not good people. I would say it’s 44-66%
Riley yeah true you would remember a guy who was rude in just answering a question say in a foreign country you ask for directions if speedon just told you then minds his own business you don’t remember him but if you encounter a rude person you might be a bit hurt and remember it for the days to come
I would be interested in the second video. Interesting video though. One thing that would be really interesting would be knowing what Japanese girls are like. I noticed there were concerns about the culture gap, which would be one of my concerns too. So it would be kind of interesting to know what that gap is. Might even be interesting to do a video asking what people think that cultural gap is and how they think it might be dealt with.
That Japanese Man Yuta Nice! :) Good to hear that :) But I guess that finding that comment on RUclips will be hard - nay, I can't even find my own comments I made a week ago, because yeah, Google is totally a search engine, right?... :P
Lucas Charlier You think you're so smart, ain't you? :P Ctrl+F works only for finding text which already is there in the HTML document. It won't find the comments which aren't loaded yet, and thanks to another geniuses like you working for Google, almost 99% of the comments aren't there until you manually load them through XMLHttpRequest call.
I just came back from Japan. The women there seemed pretty mellow and had a certain modesty to them which I quite like. Admittedly, they were a bit more stand-off-ish in Tokyo, but in Kyoto I felt they were more open and receptive.
I really have enjoyed your street surveys! My son is Australian, his girlfriend is Japanese. I have shared the links to a few of these videos - I think they will really enjoy and have a laugh! I'd like to learn Japanese with you Yuta San!
@@XX-de8jp i kind of care. It's interesting to hear personal anecdotes in the comments and i like seeing others happy. Maybe you're just bitter and jealous bro?
One expressed surprise at being escorted to her destination in Canada saying that wouldn't have happened in Japan. My experience, being a frequently lost foreign in Nagoya, is random people on the street would go way out of their way to guide me to my destination. I'd be embarassed when I only hoped to be pointed in the right direction. Old men, young women, anyone would walk me all the way to my destination. Japanese people are wonderful and seeing these sorts of interviews bring back wonderful memories of my time there.
i love that one girl who is so eager to meet a foreign guy. she's so excited. i love her bubbly excitement. haha. i prefer asians that speak english, so japan is mostly out. philippines though... :) countryside girl seemed very closed off to the idea. haha.
I know this video is 5 years old, but I just wathced it, and at the "North vs South" part I started thinking how my country is the exact opposite. I was really shocked by how you immediately mentioned it (at 9:19 ) haha In Portugal, I feel like people in the North are a lot more friendly, talkative and human than in the South
I'm kind if surprised you did actually an interview with camera and stuff because it's difficult convincing people for it.. (>⌒<'') I think this topic is so interesting for both sides I'd love to hear more (and of course the guys side - well because you know i'm a girl haha) I was laughing about the mom part but i think if it was in german my mother would read it too... she thinks japanese guys are so mysterious creatures Well she's just worried when i'm heading to Japan soon haha (。-∀-)
Oh and by the way i'm reading your book since this morning I can hardly leave my eyes off it i'm a very curious person and you hardly get such insights hehe
I was holding a camera with one hand, and the microphone with another. It was dark and autofocus didn't work well, and it was very difficult to fix the focus because I didn't have any extra hand. Plus, my camera didn't support mounting an extra light, which would fix the auto-focus problem, not to mention my very low budget.
I am married to a Japanese Woman and culturally we get along fine. I find that most of the Japanese Women I have met over the years were fun and preferred hakujin but also preferred guys they felt they could trust. Men need to understand not to be pushy and forceful with any women and many men, especially French I have seen, especially in S/E Asia treat women as objects and are very rude in general. I also prefer to live in Japan.
Okinawa, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Tokyo were very nice. People were friendly and on more than one occasion I was offered help by random people as I studied train schedules. Often people seemed excited to practice English, as much as I was excited to practice Japanese. I didn't notice a difference in niceness, I didn't have a single rude experience.
Thank you very much that helped me understand. I thought Japan was a totally different culture and that's why I was worried about trying to find happiness there. Thank the author
Ha, since you pointed out my country (Czech republic), I´ll bring something to discuss. My country is quite small (like Hokkaido alone), but there are differences, depends on the region. Generally, the people from the east are more friendly and more party-like. Western people are more calm, reserved and harder to approach, I guess. The special ones are people of Prague- they have reputation of being superstitious, arrogant and money-oriented, so the rest of the country dislikes them :)
Petr Mašek Prague sounds like how Paris is in France then. It's interesting that people outside the capital tend to hate people from the capital in many countries.
ThatJapaneseManYuta Pretty much. But in Japan, that´s the same, right? Many Japanese (I am a tourist guide in Prague) told me that people from Hokkaido, Kansai or Okinawa are different, yet they all dislike people from Tokyo :D
Petr Mašek OMG went to Prague and the 1st thing that hit me was a Prague guy swearing at me on the plane we haven't even touched down XDDD And the receptionist was the most awesome guy ever and he's not from Prague!! I'm cracking up so hard cuz this was so freaking on point hahahaha!!
+Petr Mašek I was in prague a few times. imo the only bad thing about it were people who give you flyers and want you to go to a stripclub and the black people at night who want to sell some cocaine and weed. I had coke myself, but I brought it into the country because I knew that they just try to rip off tourists. When I refused to buy some they got angry and started to talk shit. It's a nice country and the people who live there were so friendly, but the ones who work their are fake and really just want your money.
+ASAP Oxy Well, you must understand that the Prague city centre is in no way genuine Czech location and it´s vastly different from the rest of the country. Just a tourist ghetto, I´d say. Even though I consider these black drug dealers a disgrace and an awful sight, It´s not a Prague speciality at all. After all, in the globalised world, the tourist locations are losing their geniune spirit and just like Prague, they are becoming an ugly shithole of Starbucks, selfie sticks, segways etc. So if you want to see the nice of Czech Rep., step outside of Prague city centre. You´ll not regret it.
Umm, not everything in Fukushima is radiated, The Fukushima-City is like totally fine, or Iwaki, even Sendai is completely fine... they just need to be aware of the Coastline and the Dangers it all brings ..
Dude speaks Spanish! That is too awesome. Tengo que aprender el Japones para poder comunicarme con usted. Im really enjoying your videos. I know these are old videos but they just showed up on my feed and found the interviews interesting. Ive always wanted to visit Japan - maybe even live there for a while.
ThatJapaneseManYuta if you google "white girls asian men" there should be a lot of questions online. I don't have any particulary, it was a more of a general suggestion because I know the pairing is rarely brought up. I read before that Asian men tend to feel intimidated by white girls but I don't know if that's complete bullshit.
the two girls seem like they're trying to be poilitcally correct when they gave the " any race is fine as long as we got along" line, while the girl in the grey scarf actually meant it
Irish myself. Although I'm not currently interested in dating (kinda a herbivore male) I plan to work and live in Japan. So knowing that people responded so well to Europeans speaking Japanese gives me an optimistic outlook on if I begin dating whenever I hopefully begin work in Japan.
You need to know when to piss off, he's bringing you content, a really useful one for a loner like you and me, so why don't you appreciate the content and the effort INSTEAD of being an asshole?
Bājiru don’t count me among you, I have a girlfriend. But if someone is trying to monetize content, they are trying to be a professional and they deserve to be criticized on a professional level. It should be expected that when someone wants to engage in professional videography and filmmaking, they should learn the basics of how to operate a camera. I would criticize a professional writer for not knowing spelling or grammar, a professional animator for not knowing how to draw or animate, this is no different. Go fuck yourself.
@@tonydejesus2134 Pretty interesting, having a girlfriend and being an asshole doesn't change anything. Yes, i agree, if he was doing his content solely for money I would criticize him every chance I got, but the thing is; he does it not only for money, but to teach foreigner's about his country and the people that live in it, he even elaborated free classes to those who've taken an interest in the language. So, your still an asshole and you managed to prove my point with that poor excuse of an argument of yours, so, go fuck yourself.
Bājiru a few observations: first, my criticism was mild and justified, your response was out of line. Learning how to shoot in focus is simple and worthwhile for someone who wants to monetize his content. Second, you not having a girlfriend and probably not busting a nut in a long time is affecting your demeanor. Get a girlfriend or squeeze one out and learn to be civil. Also, I somehow suspect that you are the content creator or were asked to reply by him.
I'm in Hawaii, And I find it "Extremely"Hard to get the attention or date a Japanese Gal. The majority of cases I see them with White- Anglo men (surfer type)or another Japanese but not with the In- Betweens.
I thoroughly enjoyed your video and I learned a lot about the woman's perspective and that is valuable information. I am not looking for a japanese gf but I think their sharing can help me understand all the women in my life. Good Job.
Misterprickly Can you give me some names of your favourite cities in northern Canada? I'll look them up on Google Maps to learn a little bit about them!
Misterprickly I'm sure he's well aware that there are people in the north of Canada (and that they're friendly), and was merely making light of the statistical fact that seventy-five percent of Canada's population lives within a hundred miles of the US border. No worries... ^_^
In Australia most of us are pretty friendly, but asian girls find us irresponsible and immature. I have had two gf's from S Korea, 1 Japanese and 1 Taiwanese. They all made it very clear they liked ("loved") me a lot but would never marry me because of cultural differences and concerns about what their family would think. Also I am a professional chef and earn a middle class wage. This is not considered a "good" job by most asian girls. That's my expereince on the subject :)
Man... Watching these kinds of videos reminds me of that one japanese girl in 4th grade that always plays with me after school till my service arrives and I had a crush on her because she’s gorgeous. I hope she still remembers me. Her name is still stuck in my mind 14 years later.
Personally, I would rather marry a Japanese girl more than anything, but only because they are the most kind I have met. Kindness goes a long way with someone like me. I do photography, and cosplay photography at that. I feel I have to use my camera here because women are not as approachable sometimes here unless you have a nice body. I am of average body type, as a white American, and I try to narrow down cultural differences in all aspects. In all countries and religions I would certainly want to be respectful and learn. Relationships are about learning. I have been learning a lot. Language differences and all. I still do have one language though, which is English. So far, it looks like language doesn't have to mean a lot. Also, from a girl living in Japan, she said that the Japanese are really secretive and will almost always just talk about you behind your back and never confront you. She works as a nurse, and it could be a woman's smell, her sweat, or even a tear in the back of her shirt and others would only still talk behind her back. I guess it depends more on the individual, but my minor gripe with it. I will always love and respect their culture and would love it if I met a girl from Japan who shared my own interests. Your interviews are really opening my eyes though.
I've had a japanese friend back in university, i fall in love with her, but i choose to remain as a friend for her. Now she got a boyfriend. Lesson learned 😔
I love how girls in Japan (at least those shown) look normal and not all like they're just going to a nightclub or to be an extra in a Justin Bieber video (sadly in my home country Poland we have lots of such girls, they all look similar too).
5:30. I KNEW THAT GIRL LOOKED SO FAMILIAR! I remember walking her to her bus stop to get to Metrotown (Shopping center in Vancouver). The reason I approached was because she looked confused and lost which is a scary thing when visiting a city for the first time. In general, I was just being a active citizen in helping people who visit my city :). Regarding her response if I had asked her to go for tea or coffee, LOL. Hope the rest of her stay in Vancity went well~~
Yep :). At first, I knew I recognized her face/voice but couldn't quite put the mark on where I have seen her. But when she mentioned that she was in Vancouver I thought, "Oh, it's the girl who wanted to know how to get to the shopping centre". Small world eh?
eh, its easier to stick to your own culture. someone with similar tastes, traditions, and its great not having to explain everything. plus when you're with the other family its terrible feeling like the black sheep.
I do agree with that, most is naturally we find people with similar traditions and likes. Yet experiencing new culture and tradition is good for some, and can still be similar with similar likes WHILE still having difference in cultures. You can adapt to the other person's culture, which is what usually happens.
Cans101 you can experience different cultures without being in a relationship with someone of a different culture - but when it comes to dating/marriage - it seems easier to stick to your own
I'm American,... now I'm married to Japanese,... all my sis-in-laws would never marry foreigners,... however my dad and mom-in-law were really nice so I had no problems. To me, I can't say anything about Japanese women,... my wife, sis-in-laws, nieces,... all so different,... you mentioned Fukushima, those are Aizu women, they are completely different.
Keep up the good work Yuta, been watching these for years. The girl whose parents say , " You should marry a foreigner", seems fairly legit, and looks nice. Probably married or who knows by now.
Haha Vancouver seems to be where all the Asians go these days xD literally when I walk around downtown there's (depending on the time of year. Mostly in summer) about a 2/3 ratio of Asians to white people
its next to impossible for white folks to be wiped out anyway, even with there lower fertitility rate (which is still higher then east asians), if you factor in all of europe, all four anglo english countries (nz,aus, usa, can), even non white countries have large portions of europeans, brazil is 48% white for example You'd get roughly close to 1.5 billion white people around the world if you actually do some quick research, you'd know that for all intents and purposes, white people are actually less likely to outbreed/outmarry then asians are, only reason asians aren't outmarrying much in there home countries is because they are homegenous, but look at what happens when they move to a foreign country
Sorry about the focus. I'll try to do a better job next time.
i just have to say thank you, thanks to you i did not have nightmares after watching this vid
thanks for the video man, very interesting ;-)

You say that in such a spiteful way Shakam, one could assume you're triggered by a shitty joke by playing on the stereotype put forth by pornos that white women in general would cheat on their partners with black guys. Which isn't common. You should probably also learn spacing. I mean, if you went insinuated something like 'Me: gets pike" which was a very common way Europeans in the middle ages humiliated each other.
But no, you had to go with the assumption that some white guy's wife and mom would rather be fucked by a black guy than literally do anything else.

Anime girls look nothing like real Japanese women, so I doubt it.

Now if only there was a place where women were dominant :3

definitely are some social rights where women do not have all the same priveliges.
like in Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to drive.
however in pakistan women do have tge ability to become Doctors.
the main issue is more social standing in these countries.
it is not mandatory to wear a hijab or burka,
but it is definitely frowned upon and would be considered a slut.
my sister was very harrased because we visited an arabic country for a short while.
she was not allowed to look anyone in the eye.
and it was also because she wore a short skirt.
so yeh. and altho a minority of refugees.
sexual harassment has increased immensely.
like they believe it is mainly wrong before marriage.
but a lot of them just think it's ok and that the women are all begging for it because of the way they dress differently.

@@Mili-bedili I'm in NYC and have traveled. NYC has the best mass transit system in the world. Based on population and capability.

Cheers.

Now, I am married to a Japanese woman, so you would think I have the best *real* Japan experience...and I do, however, as we all know, people are different. And my "Japanese" experience is so different from another person's "Japanese" experiences.
Thanks again!
Thoughts, Ideas, and what? Exactly! Even my Japanese experience is very biased because of my background, personality, the place I live in, etc.
Well, I gotta say. I think this guy knows his target audience..
Racist....I'm really done with that damned word, like, I couldn't give a shit if someone is racist anymore, the word has become, that bad.
You want to date someone of a certain colour/race/background, who gives a crap? It's your damned choice. The word Racist is just like the others, a word to silence opposing views.
Everyone is allowed to have a preference, people shouldn't be pressured into dating either in or out of their ethnicity if they dont want to.
The word should die for real. I don't see a white guy or a black guy or a Asian guy I just see people. No difference.
Exactly mate, I do make distinguishments between people, but those differences would never make me dislike or hate anyone.

Damn! You speak Portuguese! Yes, we can certainly understand you. Interesting interviews.
+Miguel de Carvalho Yes, we can!
Ines Vilares You guys have sold me Portugal. I want to visit there!

I'd say it's the other way around.
Nah, to be honest, most people are neutral but i'd argue there are more bad than good people as it is much easier to be bad, although mostly much more rewarding to be good if you can handle all the pressure.

I would argue it more good then bad, but everyone has bad parts about them that are alot easier to see at the surface level.

ThatJapaneseManYuta
Pretty much.
You´ll not regret it.
anyone think that the girl at 8:05 is extremely pretty?
poor girl coming from fukushima. must be hard for her
how is that funny
Some low IQ humour, I guess!
Cant tell whether youre being sincere or sarcastic
Christ, I completely forgot about the radiation there. I was so confused about what you were talking about.
You should do a video of the opposite as well. :) I read that the Asian man + Western woman couple is relatively rare.
Alicia Copeland I'm thinking of doing that. Is there any questions you want me to ask Japanese men?
ThatJapaneseManYuta if you google "white girls asian men" there should be a lot of questions online. I don't have any particulary, it was a more of a general suggestion because I know the pairing is rarely brought up. I read before that Asian men tend to feel intimidated by white girls but I don't know if that's complete bullshit.
I like that girl on 0:24 she's got a good style.
And just good looking in general
She's gorgeous
the two girls seem like they're trying to be poilitcally correct when they gave the " any race is fine as long as we got along" line, while the girl in the grey scarf actually meant it
You're spot on about the UK. People in the North are way friendlier than they are in the South.
The interviewees were all likeable and very good-looking young women. Which makes me all the more interested in the subject.
Only one of them was semi attractive imo
@@Nocturne33 which one?
@@Xenosaga the one with the scarf looks good
Irish myself. Although I'm not currently interested in dating (kinda a herbivore male) I plan to work and live in Japan. So knowing that people responded so well to Europeans speaking Japanese gives me an optimistic outlook on if I begin dating whenever I hopefully begin work in Japan.
This guy needs to learn how to focus his camera.
@@tonydejesus2134 If that's what you think about me, okay, although arguing with you was quite worth it, thank you, but I still think you're wrong.
2:44 Damn, I should visit Japan... though not sure if I can show her where her bus stop is:)
this man has made so many of these videos i think hes mastered the algorithm
I'm in Hawaii, And I find it "Extremely"Hard to get the attention or date a Japanese Gal. The majority of cases I see them with White- Anglo men (surfer type)or another Japanese but not with the In- Betweens.
Show them your wallet, works on all types
Where are you from? Fukushima... that explains a lot...
I thoroughly enjoyed your video and I learned a lot about the woman's perspective and that is valuable information. I am not looking for a japanese gf but I think their sharing can help me understand all the women in my life. Good Job.
Actually there are Canadians in the north AND they are just as friendly as those in the south.
Misterprickly Can you give me some names of your favourite cities in northern Canada? I'll look them up on Google Maps to learn a little bit about them!
ThatJapaneseManYuta Iqaluit, Yellowknife and Whitehorse are the first that come to my head.
OK, they ARE really in the north and they invariably have airports.
They're practically Santa's neighbors,
Misterprickly I'm sure he's well aware that there are people in the north of Canada (and that they're friendly), and was merely making light of the statistical fact that seventy-five percent of Canada's population lives within a hundred miles of the US border.
I'm American and I moved to the UK and noticed people were actually nicer in the south and more snobbish in the north.
Your interviews are really opening my eyes though.
thanks for doing these interviews its very interesting to hear different perspectives
I've had a japanese friend back in university, i fall in love with her, but i choose to remain as a friend for her. Now she got a boyfriend. Lesson learned 😔
Healing prayers for you!
Why is it than, when I look at the woman at 1:06, the words "uncanny valley" come to mind?
+sparkle1princess She was kind of frightening..
+sparkle1princess Yes, I also got that fibe. Maybe Japan already has walking androids integrated in their society!!! O-o
+sparkle1princess I think it was a mix between the video quality and angle.
Brandon Stevenson It's like her mouth is too high up.
XD she looks like a bug
I love how girls in Japan (at least those shown) look normal and not all like they're just going to a nightclub or to be an extra in a Justin Bieber video (sadly in my home country Poland we have lots of such girls, they all look similar too).
So I didn't see any black japanese women........so why did a black japanese win miss japan? Propaganda? Clearly.
she was indian not black and they are a minority.
Indian is fine.
I think Guy was referring to Ariana Miyamoto. You are thinking of Priyanka Yoshikawa. They're both beautiful.
Hope the rest of her stay in Vancity went well~~
1Amiel1 OMG, was it really you? If it was, that would be amazing. Such a coincidence!
Yep :).
At first, I knew I recognized her face/voice but couldn't quite put the mark on where I have seen her. But when she mentioned that she was in Vancouver I thought, "Oh, it's the girl who wanted to know how to get to the shopping centre".
Small world eh?
Amazing. Just, amazing :)
That's a big loss, she's beautiful.
do you know why it's so hard to break up with Japanese girls? you have to drop the bomb twice before she gets it
eh, its easier to stick to your own culture. someone with similar tastes, traditions, and its great not having to explain everything. plus when you're with the other family its terrible feeling like the black sheep.
I do agree with that, most is naturally we find people with similar traditions and likes. Yet experiencing new culture and tradition is good for some, and can still be similar with similar likes WHILE still having difference in cultures. You can adapt to the other person's culture, which is what usually happens.
Cans101 you can experience different cultures without being in a relationship with someone of a different culture - but when it comes to dating/marriage - it seems easier to stick to your own
but at the same time it's good to explore people of other cultures cuz there aren't that many Sri lankans(my culture) around in america
Delipa565 go to California and Texas, there are plenty
I'm American,... now I'm married to Japanese,... all my sis-in-laws would never marry foreigners,... however my dad and mom-in-law were really nice so I had no problems.
To me, I can't say anything about Japanese women,... my wife, sis-in-laws, nieces,... all so different,... you mentioned Fukushima, those are Aizu women, they are completely different.
I always like your videos, and I do watch them to the end.
I am particularly grateful for the Subtitles, those cc ones are rubbish.
The First girl in Video is the most open minded one, however I can see what the other girls are saying too and can't help but agree with it all.
Who was the girl with the blue shirt and black backpack and smiling alot! OMG omg
Mostly in summer) about a 2/3 ratio of Asians to white people
Israelite Daggerz Nice grammar bro
"Small dick having ass"
its next to impossible for white folks to be wiped out anyway, even with there lower fertitility rate (which is still higher then east asians), if you factor in all of europe, all four anglo english countries (nz,aus, usa, can), even non white countries have large portions of europeans, brazil is 48% white for example
You'd get roughly close to 1.5 billion white people around the world
if you actually do some quick research, you'd know that for all intents and purposes, white people are actually less likely to outbreed/outmarry then asians are, only reason asians aren't outmarrying much in there home countries is because they are homegenous, but look at what happens when they move to a foreign country
+Nic_Nak_Nic Nicholas Richmond is literally the most Asian place outside Asia
걸왜 에반 Statistically? Cause ya I would have to agree..
Richmond has a Hell load of Asians xD I don't mind though, All Asians are welcome in BC 👍
