Hey James Thank you for explaining what you like and don't like about these markers . Crayola makes a finer tip marker and also a bullet tip grey to shadow with. The grey isn't perfect I like them for practice markers but thier not bad . Will
As a charicature artist, i appreciated your totorial on pens and markers.Papermate makes a really good felt tip pen with black ink thats great for thin lines, but wont make thick lines. The old Markette pens were the best, but the company commited suaside when they changed the "TIP"somebody "Please! make them again1
JTA..on markers and pens. I store with the tip facing down. How do you store your towbow? Also are the nibs the same on the regular tombow brush pens as the duel?
I store them in a cup, or just laying on the table. I don’t know about the difference in the nibs, because I only use the dual brush pen. thanks for the question!
@@jamesthomas1123 I picked up those duels, their nice, there's definitely a learning curve. Could you do a video(if you hadn't)on how to use those pens/best brush strokes to utilize/where..love your caricatures.
Great, James. Just got a set of Tombo too yesterday (bevor even having seen your video) 😀
