its like Por-shae but the last sound the "sha" in german (shwa) is an unstressed syllable meaning its very soft. Its a sound that really isnt in english so Porsch isnt wrong and likely a closer way of saying it i guess

As a clean German I can with 1000% certainty tell you it's pronounced *Por-shuh* not *Porsh*. I don't care if they pronounce it *Porsh* at an American branch it's guaranteed *Por-shuh*.

The official pronunciation of porsche, based on the online documentation i could find, seems to be with the "uh" pronounced at the end, like Sombra said. The other pronounciation is not inherently wrong though as the official US based pronounciation is without the use of the "uh", which is also the most common way to pronounce it in most places in the west. It mostly comes down to accent and cadence used from place to place often being able to change quite a bit just from city to city, but none the less neither of the mentioned pronunciations are wrong, but the official czech-german way of pronounciation i could find, which is the one that should be the way the companys founders spoke, is like Sombra stated.
I could very well be wrong about this, but this is what i could find from just a quick look around the web. Hope you all have a great day

I know I'm late to this discussion but in German I would totally pronounce the e in Brigitte and Porsche. But it wouldn't be an "uh" sound but a short/ hard "eh" english rarely has those sounds. German rarely does silent letters and is phonetically quite consistent (there are 100% cases where that's not true, but overall it works)
It really depends on where in the world you are and what has established itself there. Nike for example is sometimes pronounced like "naik" or Adidas like "ädidäs" (long soft A instead of a hard A which English rarely uses). It also depends on what sounds are common in a language, and how combination of letters are pronounced. Some languages use hard pronunciations others don't. A lot of English speakers would pronounce "Nacht" (night) as "Nackt" (naked) because they aren't used to the "ch" sound German uses. All these differences result in brand names being pronounced differently.

The reason why the German person said Po-r-shh was because he was saying it with an American accent, it'd be weird for other languages if you just heard *German words* Mcdonalds *German words* it's correct to say it Po-r-shh in English.
