Okay I’m IU biased, no matter what she sings I love it
Facts that Chung Myung accepts his fate as requited love and his 'sin' :
1. He came to the hotel on his will, but unable to leave, this is due her grudge was tied to him and his own to always watch her like a moon.
2. He's always there, but he never made any attempt to make appearance in front of her for 1.3 yrs like he did twice for chan sung.
3. If he opposed Chan Sung, he should stop him at the first place. Zero attempts were made. Instead;
4. He helped Chan Sung for at least twice. Where he made appearance in front of him to encourage him to bring customer to the hotel.. But due to Myung's weak spirit, he can't show where the hotel was moved. And 2ndly, he guided Chan Sung out from the Styx tunnel.. Which cant be done by Chan Sung himself. This could be bcs he was still tied to her unfinished grudge and his last words.
5. He loved her, He has a long-huge hope, but it was a lot of undelivered effort.
So being always be with her unawared for a long time was a great punishment to be in par with his unrequited love. Their tragic love was truely undelivered to each other. This is way different compared with efforts made from Chan Sung's which is willing to die for her. I shipped Chung Myung like others, but im trying to be realistic at least for this drama.
Okey I wrote this to send away my miserable thoughts on this drama and come back to reality. 😒😒
