Heaven Official's Blessing: Cheerful Batik Dyework and Delicate Butterfly Embroidery

But I have a question, what is the stencil made out of ?

The stencil is made from stencil blank, also called stencil plastic! I usually have no trouble finding it in local craft stores. When I can't get my hands on it, I've also used quilting template!
