@@brandonl2175 I think a CRM is three fold: 1: It saves you a tremendous amount of time when it comes to managing customers, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, follow-up, receipts, and keeping track of expenses. 2. If you utilize the software, it will keep you organized and operating efficiently. 3. Professionalism. It separates you from your competition. When you are able to respond to your customers quickly with estimates, arrival time, invoices, selection of payment and receipts, your sending a message that you respect their time and that you are a professional they can trust.
