Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing this video. I have been diagnosed with a L on L sacral torsion. Could you suggest me anyone who you think is the finest and most experienced in NYC or jersey city area in osteopathy manual therapist or any other body worker. I believe manual osteopathy medicine is rare here in the US right? Thank you.
@@ZENSIBLE thanks for your reply. Do you know who is the best for sacrum and hip issues? Ostepathy is alive but not many are skilled in manual manipulative of the sacrum i suppose
ZENSIBLE So you may think I’ve searched tons for it in La and find only 2 and they don’t accept my ins.
@@longce-imingti9014 osteopathy rare in US as many become MD bias; other bodyworkers involve rolfers, myofascial releasers, or skilled chiro (i.e. gonstead chiropractor) would be your best bets to de-torsion you sacrum and identify what the underlying cause is (e.g. leg length discrepancy) all the best in finding the best!
If you have health insurance call them. Doctor of Osteopathy. They are under specialist, sports medicine. Title is D.O. AFTER their last name goodluck. Or you can look for a Physical therapist who does pelvic floor threaphy. This is done Internally via rectum soft tissue. Not every PT is good This you'll know when you have a good one
