Your soundcard/sound chipset likely has audio samples pushed into a circular buffer and when the conputer hangs due to an unexpected error the samples aren't updated anymore and any small amount of audio samples played back really fast generally sounds like this.
Touhou content on youtube is one of those rare artifacts of pop culture that it is possible to become all-consumingly addicted to while having no understanding of whatsoever. This is like some kind of modern-day Voynich Manuscript of weird-as-hell, ultra-weeby shit to me, and I absolutely love it. depends on how its charted, in osu standard its usually just a buzz slider you hold, but from the 2 maps ive played in osu mania, one has a really hard dump in 4 key which carries the star rating, and the other i played in 7 key was just a really long inward roll exlcuding middle column its a really fun part of the song i love the buildup

2 - Eins and zwei is one and two in German and guten morgen is Good Morning in German
3 - Hi, fu, mi and yo are from an old Japanese counting style (hitotsu futatsu mittsu yottsu etc.)
4 - Dawn to is a pun on a sound affect (dontsuu) which either means stomping or heavy pain
5 - Kugigi is a pun on "Kugi" which means nail
6 - The subtitles in the video don't match up here hence why words like "why don't I miss you a lot, forever?" didn't sound right etc.

depends on how its charted, in osu standard its usually just a buzz slider you hold, but from the 2 maps ive played in osu mania, one has a really hard dump in 4 key which carries the star rating, and the other i played in 7 key was just a really long inward roll exlcuding middle column
its a really fun part of the song i love the buildup
the map i played had sliders so it was pretty much the same as it would be in half speed so i fcd it lol
