  • Alex discovered the need for skilled tradespeople and the obstacles people had to enter the trade. He has developed Faraday Careers to train students and connect them to the companies needing skilled workers.
Faraday careers is a team of talented people. They use live instruction, a variety of prerecorded videos and exercises to build the entry level skills needed.
They have a proven vetting process to ensure employers have the talent they need and the students are successful.
Faraday constantly communicates with graduates and employers to ensure what they are teaching is up to date and relevant. They also work with the students through their entire career.
It is refreshing seeing new training styles and a team so devoted to education and making positive changes to the trade.

Seems to be an apprenticeship program were you take your courses online and your hands-on training with the employer.

That's correct but also has a pre-training to get them ready for the basics. No charge to the students.

@@love2hvac pre- apprentice test preparation? You definitely need that. Never prepared for the electrical lineman pre- test before training and failed.☹️

ya, IF you get hired. I went through faraday, don't get me wrong I was thankful for the program especially with Ty being the main instructor but they didn't get me employed. I had to spam the shit out of companies with applications, emails and calls.
