Yuki Yuna is a Hero: Chapter of Washio Sumi (結城友奈は勇者である: 鷲尾すみの章 Yuki Yuna wa Yuusha de aru: Washio Sumi no Shou) is the newest edition to the franchise. It will be the official animation of the novel and has been separated into 3 movies (Friends, Spirit, and Promise), and will then air as a television show. Significant differences will be seen between the animation and the book, and the movies will be slightly different then the anime.

I have to ask - how are you doing these translations? I know minimal Japanese, but that doesn't look much like any Romanization scheme I know. Is it in a different language? If so, which one?
I used Sesotho to translate this one.
I write down the vocals and then put them into translate and find whatever fits into the context the song was used, not ideal but I'm using what I've got, and it's nice to have some sort of meaning to the vocals :)

I was honestly bawling when we saw poor Gin’s coffin and her dear friends place the flowers... then Gin’s little brother cries out “If God exists, why did he take my sister!?” And I just lost it. I actually never cried watching Yuuki Yuuna, but this left me in tears.

I just wish that she didn't have to die, right then and there, I absolutely loved her, she was the best Hero, she deserved that Crunchyroll Hero Award. F, Gin Minowa.
Goddammit, Gin never deserved this. Not only was she twelve, but she was someone with strong energy and a big heart. As an oldest child w/two younger siblings, the fact that she had to leave her brothers behind also struck a chord with me. She was wonderful, I give props to the show bc even though I knew her fate before the anime, I still wound up attached to her and felt pain when she was gone T.T

None of the young women deserved to die. Look at all the tombstones in season 2, and also those who were struck from the record like Chikage just because they were politically inconvenient.
Yeah, you're facing total annihilation, and these young women are your only line of defense. So honor them properly. Back them up when the public starts spreading stupid false rumors.
What is so great about this show is that you can make a direct comparison between the young women and girls in the front lines and actual war veterans. They're killed or maimed and traumatized, the public takes them for granted, and political and religious leaders use them as props. Most veterans I've talked to hate every part of it, and I wouldn't be surprised if the girls feel the same (certainly Fuu, Mimori, and Sonoko).

*Togo - Accidentally killed by Sonoko when getting revenge on Aki.
*Sonoko - Beheaded by the Taisha for killing Togo.
*Fu - Accidentally killed by Itsuki during their fight.
*Itsuki - Killed by a truck when fleeing from the police.
*Karin - Accidentally killed by her mixer.

*Togo: (crying) “I was so close! WHY?! Why did you let her get married?!”
Aki: “She made her decisions to save you and humanity from her mark’s curse. Now, the Shinju is restored.”
*Togo: “Please! Bring her back! BRING HER BACK!”
*Aki: “Unfortunately, we can’t. Those who were married to the Shinju will never return. Since you didn’t completed your Final Duty, you’re no longer Heroes.”
*Hero Club: “WHAT?!”
*Aki: “Your system is shutdown and given updates to Mebuki and her Sentinels. Taisha is retiring you and returning your lives to normal.”
*Itsuki: “You can’t do this! We love being Heroes! Please, don’t hurl us away!”
*Aki: “I’m really sorry. But, withdraw your phones to us.”
*Togo: “No more Heroes. No more Yuna. And Sentinels are better than us…? (crying) I want my mommy!”
*Itsuki: “Please, we can’t be finished. We can try again.”
*Aki: “That won’t work. Due to the completed Shinkon marriage for Yuna, you’ll be replaced with Sentinels to finish their duties and be recognized as true Heroes.”
*Itsuki: “No… it’s not gonna happen…”
*Fu: “Fine. The Hero Club is no more.”
*Karin: “I guess Mebuki is now better than me.” (sobbing)
(At Fu and Itsuki’s house, Itsuki starts packing)
*Fu: “Itsuki, what’re you doing? Why are you packing? I ask you a question! Stop!”
*Itsuki: “Get away from me! I hate you! (Fu gasped that Itsuki broke her heart) I’m not gonna see you again cause you made a decision to defunct our Club.”
*Fu: “Are you running away? You are. So, that’s it? You’re going to the train station?!”
*Itsuki: “Just because the Taisha retire us, Sentinels getting better and Yuna is gone, it’s time for me to depart and never be with her sister again.”
*Fu: “Just because we failed our Final Duty, doesn’t mean we’re not parting ways. Itsuki, don’t you dare run away from me! I’m your sister! I said STOP!”
(Itsuki and Fu engaged in a fight. Itsuki grabs a kitchen knife and hardly stapes at Fu’s left eye. Itsuki became horrified and shocked of what she accidentally did, as a lifeless Fu falls. Neighbors open a door after what they heard)
*Neighbor #1: “You killed her!”
*Itsuki: “It was an accident! She tried to stop me from running away!”
*Neighbor #2: “Watch her. I’m calling the police.”
*Itsuki: “No! You’re misunderstanding!”
(Itsuki flees from house, but ran into police)
*Police officer: “Inubouzaki Itsuki, you’re going into custody for killing your own sister.”
*Itsuki: “It wasn’t my fault!”
(Itsuki flees and avoids getting arrested. A truck approaches, police warns Itsuki, but she is already hit by a truck and killed. People surround lifeless Itsuki)
*Sonoko: “So, Karin, I guess this is farewell?”
*Karin: “Tell my brother I said hi.”
(Karin and Sonoko part ways. At Sentinels’ HQ)
*Mebuki: “I feel real sorry for Hero Club are defunct after Yuna was lost.”
*Aya: “Me too.”
