I filled it with some air and first it was good, but when I reached 250 bar, I stopped and want to test it, on land, I opend the Compressed air reduction valve on the pump. I took it but when I wanted to breath, there was so much print in the bottle, so that too much air came out and it hurt in my lungs. So I had to press down the valve at the bottle, to let some air out. Until I was by 80 bar, then I could breath „normal“. What was the problem, can you help me?

You can search high pressure pumps online but I wouldnt suggest them. They require about 25-30 mins of tough physical work to fill the tank to 3000 psi. I would buy a high pressure air compressor instead that can reach 3000 psi. They are around 300 - 400 dollars. The pumps are around 70-80 dollars for somewhat good quality.

Hello I assembled as per instructions and at the base of the pump some oil is spitting out. Also pump tubing is getting hot. The tank also is taking a long time to fill - took 5 minutes just to fill 1/3 the tank. Any fixes for the issue?
Hi friend, thanks for your questions. Oil is normal, our cylinder is heat dissipation and lubrication by oil cooling method. Don't touch the cylinder wall with your hands after exhausting. It takes about 700 beats, about 15 minutes, for a high-pressure manual pneumatic cylinder to fill 200 BAR or 3000 PSI. It takes physical strength to pump up, not arm strength alone.

As a professional diver I know that equates to about 4 minutes ON SURFACE. Untrained novices will be lucky to get 2 minutes out of this while swimming 😂 Put simply, it's a complete joke that needs avoiding. If anyone doesn't believe me just look at my channel with a bunch of underwater videos filmed by myself - a professional diver.

First of all, you need to confirm where the gas leaks out. You can open the upper cover, and then put the cylinder into the water for observation.

It is normal for the inflator to heat up. We use oil-cooled technology. If the cylinder works hard, you can use cooking oil to lubricate it.
