    What if you happened to empty your spare air while underwater? Does it need a service?

    • @lvstream720
      @lvstream720 4 года назад

      What type of question is that. It doesnt need service, just need to be filled again. But 1st, No diver should be underwater till he or she is out of air completely. Thats an idiot thing to do that could kill u

    im sure you could fill it up although its not advisable nor safe to snorkel with normal air

    • @ronjeffrey8641
      @ronjeffrey8641 3 года назад

      A snorkel is just a short tube leading to the surface. So there's really no alternative to breathing "Normal air" while snorkeling. Scuba divers use certain forms of specialized gas mixtures for certain conditions, however most scuba diving is done with plain air which has been highly filtered to remove moisture and particulate matter.

    pretty useless if ur deep because it needs to be part nitrogen otherwise u will be posioned

    • @wpearson777
      @wpearson777 9 лет назад +3

      This is one of the dumbest comments ever. It's filled with our atmospheric gases which is made up of 78% nitrogen. Unless you were diving Nitrox, which would need a higher O² content, you would be safe with filling it with regular air. Come on man

      +John Sanders If you guys dont know anything about diving then just dont speak, if you put normal air into a diving tank it will oxide this will make your air toxic and you will die ....
      also if you would refill this probably you will make it at a "Dive center" that have AUTHORIZED COMPRESSORS, and we hope that the tank matches regulations ...

      Well I guess the US Navy and the rest of the diving community are doing it wrong then. If this is the only way you've ever filled your jugs then you must be a millionaire Howard Hughes weirdo
