SMACO customer service is terrible. I have been waiting over two weeks to communicate with someone, heck anyone, at this company concerning my unit not pressurizing over 1000 psi. All I’m getting is crickets. Tried a second time. Crickets again. It looks like the GX CS4-I might be the way to go. My friend is not having issues with customer service with them when he needs help.

Hi i have rubber smell coming from the air. I have changed the filters but no idea. I bought one from bangood is it legit also please make a video on changing the air filters and compressor troubleshooting 🙏.
The air from seperator is leaking while refilling and I am unable to fill my tank.
You can try tightening the screws of the water separator or replacing the seal ring. Thank you!

Can you use it to refill your tank on your precharged pneumatic air rifle?
I had a similar ddeep aluminum and when I had it filled they said there was aluminum flakes. I did leave underwater for a few days though cause I lost it.
