Not really. I don't like to use carbon in the belly ( the face that the archer see the bow when shots), because It's weak than Fiberglass in compression. If you can find, fiberglass Will Works well and durable. As much that carbon do and with low cost.
love your work, just one question how does Araldite 24 hr compare to EA 40...here where i live ea 40 is hard to get and expensive. great work, cant wait for the next video
One thing I noticed, is that Araldite glue is a bit more thicker. So, the Smoth On spread a littke more easily. The Araldite delay a little more to cure too, if you use it in temperature below 25°C. But that was the only points that I could notice. About resistence, and transparence, I think that is the same thing.

It is fantastic! In the last step, when you're done, you sprayed some kind of liquid on the bow. Would you kindly tell me: what is this liquid? What is the brand? where can buy this? Thank you.
Thanks very much. Welcome to my humble Channel. It was alcohol. I did only to see How It's gona be the wood colors. And It helps to the sanding process too. ☺️
@@IndianaBows Thank you very much for your prompt response. No, that is not alcohol. The liquid in the plastic bottle which you sprayed to bow is the finish, maybe, some kind of oil.

I live in Brazil and speak Portuguese, so I can confuse one thing or two. 😅 I did use alcohol at 25:50 of the video (Before I put my Brand coin). Obrigado! E o tiller é feito fazendo o tapper do bambú antes da colagem do arco completo. A parte de lixar a fibra é apenas pra pequenos ajustes.
Hello, this turned out to be a really pretty bow. Can you please tell me which wood you used for the handle, I especially like the black one very much?
