Encoder prest is dont modificable into moavi video (qualty preset fast similary handbrake) .handbrake permit high slow preset for more high quality (no macroblocking). too macrobloking with no modificable preset on Moavi encoder.

use HandBreak software/Format Factory(select WMV format) to convert video without loosing quality

It just lowers the quality, no compression.
This is indeed a good way to keep the video files small, especially when you don't have a lot of avalaible space anymore.
Reducing file size is important for most.
