Hi stumbled across your channel, Its so worthy of watching so I subscribed.. Love your content .. and love the name of your channel. Have a blessed day..
Love the wallpaper and this channel. As a 75 year old mom. Mamaw and great Mamaw I am learning so much from you. Thank you so much for sharing …. You are serving the Lord everyday. Blessings to you and your precious family ❤
What a great day- I'm so glad I stumbled upon your channel! I love finding other families that share stuff like this too! What a blessing to get to serve the Lord in such an impactful way from our homes! 🥰 XO
Once again I’m in awe of what you accomplished in your day. Seeing the joy of the children with their shovels outside warmed my heart. And the, “it’s so cute” worm comment made me giggle. I think back to when my children were little and how much time we spent outside too. I’m going to make the soup and the chicken recipe. Thank you for sharing those meal ideas. You’ve been on my mind with the tragic train derailment. I pray you aren’t near that area. The wallpaper is so pretty and in my opinion, even as a tired momma you did a great job!
Hey friend! Oh thank you for thinking of us, you are so kind. We are quite a ways from the incident, thankfully 🙏🏻. LOL, the worms. Thats my Eleanor, lover of creepy crawlers and critters. She adores nature and getting dirty.... while wearing dresses 😂 I am very pleased with the wallpaper, but next time, I’ll make a better choice of when to complete projects 🤣 I hope you enjoy the recipes! Have a blessed weekend 🤍
Hi. You remind me of my younger self. At age 29 I decided to wallpaper the ceiling of my kitchen. It was going to be so charming…but it turned out to be more than I could manage. Even with a friend helping. So hats off to you for this beautiful wall you papered. A lovely calm print and you did a super job. I’m proud of you! 💓
Oh my! I can’t imagine wallpapering a ceiling! That stresses me out just thinking about it 😂 Thank you so much ☺️ while the experience wasn’t very calm, the outcome is and I’m loving it! I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment 🤍
What a beautiful video/DITL. You have a gift...from the filming, editing, choosing music...all of it. No wonder your channel is growing!! Keep it up kelsey!
I'm five minutes, fifty-eight seconds in and admire your lifestyle; beautiful, productive, organized and self-sufficient. Also, the background music is lovely and compliments your voice as you explain the process of your daily tasks 😊 You've got me, I have subscribed 😄
Thank you for joining me for a late brunch on a rainy, slow moving day. I’m starting seeds every week since January and today will be more herbs. But I’m also making various recipes to use up the abundance of eggs. It might be daily chores, but I prayed for this home, family and well paying job. I work 40 hours a week outside my home, my children are adults, my husband works even more hours, but when we get home it’s all about living some people’s dreams as our reality. Enjoy each day God’s given you and share the love - Thank you for sharing! ❤
Hi Samantha! Amen! I've prayed for this lifestyle my whole life and I'm still in disbelief that I get to live it somedays. I'm very grateful for my husband who works so hard so I can stay home and sees the value in living this way. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Blessing to you and yours. :)
Really enjoyed this video. I also have a space I want to work on little by little. Just really busy working on the outside. I also loved that little sprayer. Definitely getting it. Thanks for sharing.
Hi! I tried your soup recipe replacing the heavy cream with 2 cups of half and half and the kale with spinach based on what I had on hand and it came out amazingly! Thank you!
I love this video but as a Latin woman, the amount of rice per plate for dinner almost made me shed a tear haha. The video is so relaxing and I loved how you included gardening was your time to speak to God
I just got inspired by Elliot homestead kitchen wallpaper and I purchased it I am going to do one side of my kitchen and hang my copper pots on a copper hanger. The wallpaper still nicely sitting on a chair wrapped up waiting for me to stick on that wall one of these days until then I like to imagine how pretty will look when it is done with. 😊
I too stumbled across your channel and I'm so grateful I did. Your videos are very good for my anxious heart. I would love to see many more "Days in the life" and any home projects you are doing. Love from South Africa x
Just found your channel and subscribed. You first had me when you spoke of the Lord and the wallpaper(which I fell in love with on Lisa’s stairway) solidified my desire to want to follow you. You did a wonderful job of getting this hung in spite of the “challenges” you had. Blessings.
Great job on the wallpaper. I'm no expert but I've done a couple spaces. My first was the back wall of my laundry room in a black and white pattern. I couldn't get the washer and dryer out of the room so I just moved them and worked around. Yes, the process can be overwhelming but you did a great job!
Whoa, I have to take a nap just watching you, 😂, you're very organized. What a blessing and I love that your kids love nature as well. Have a blessed day.
The fluffy pancakes look amazing! Since you mostly hang-dry your clothes, if you have a Dollar Tree in your area, right now they are carrying curtain rod hangers (or use for lamp hangers, etc.), and you can mount them on a spare run of wall space, put a wood rod, an old broom handle, or even a thick tree branch, in the rod loops, and boom, you instantly have a nice size space to hang dry clothes on hangers - total cost $2.50.
The secret to drying laundry on rack and not getting wrinkled clothes or crunchy...you put all the clothes in dryer for 2-3 minutes then take out and hang them.
I am a mama of two about the same age! My husband and I have a homestead too on not that much land. I've recently been in the same boat as you where I don't know if we will be in this home forever, but I might as well make it look lovely while we are here! Your video was so inspirational to me and your filming and editing is so beautiful. Thank you for the inspo!! Also we even have the same plates and bowl set from target hahaha
Hi Miranda! So sorry for the delay, I got swamped with comments and couldn’t keep up! Welcome and thank you! How funny! I know quite a few people who have the same set 😂 blessings to you and yours ❤️
Just beautiful!! Everything! You are so brave to try wallpaper and it turned out amazing. I'm not so brave. It takes me years to decide on a paint color 🤣
Hahaha, it takes me forever to decide on anything because I like so many things! The wallpaper was chosen after about 3 months of debating with myself 😂 Thank you so much! Have a blessed weekend with your family 🤍
I'm new to your channel so you and your children you're not married if not you are a good mom Iove to see young women taking care of there home and children
I'm going to try those pancakes! I think I have all the spices for that curry mixture for the chicken. Never eaten curry, so I'll be walking on the wild side!
With those pepper plants, you did them correctly lol, same way my dad does his. Just grind them up now and store in mylar bags or vacuum seal the powder in jars for later! I love the soup idea! I would make it but I started carnivore this week and nobody will eat the kale (guess I'll have to leave that out, lol) can't really sneak the green stuff in 😂 sweet bebes!!! Ain't they precious. 💋❤️ Kacy Tip: when wallpapering, put the glue on the paper first, then fold the bottom half of the paper over on itself leaving about a foot of the back exposed on the end that goes against the ceiling or top. This will help you get it started easily and not having to worry about the glue down the wall or paper getting stuck to everything. You can pull the paper down on the backside exposing more glue and press it to the wall as you work your way down. 😁 I can't wait to get our freeze dryer! It's on layaway right now. I have bananas frozen in bags right now, awaiting the dryer lol Love you Kelsey!!! Thanks for sharing all the things homey
Hey friend! Thing is I already have a half gallon jar of ground up peppers 😂 I think that may be enough for our lifetime LOL. I may see if anyone else wants them! Ohhh carnivore, I’ve been researching doing that for myself! I hope it goes well for you! Thank you ☺️ those babies are so precious to me 🤍 Oh man that is a great tip!
