    Now this is the kind of info I need to know that no one talks about. I would not have thought I'd have to worry about pests at a high end residence (I can imagine I'd be pissed to find out later on). Very good practical info. Looking forward to the tour of your place.

    Thank You for that! Most videos just talk about how wonderful of an experience they had and forget that living in an apartment has its many pros and cons. Thank You for sharing your genuine insights!

    Oh man am I glad I found your channel! I have been having the most difficult time trying to find reliable information about visiting and living in the Philippines. 1/2 way through the first video of yours I hit subscribe lol 👍🏻.
    I’m now going through and watching all of your content, making sure to hit like and leave a comment on every video lol.
    The more videos you can put out that cover things like you have in this one the more subscribers you will get guaranteed. Those of us contemplating a visit/move to the Philippines are starving for information. There are so many idiots and/or BS’rs out there that it’s getting increasingly frustrating to the Nth degree.
    So here you are with true, accurate and verifiable information that is just a Godsend my friend. Please keep it up and also updates on topics that change like res #168 and vax or no vax entry would be very much appreciated.
    Any links and other info you can put in the video description and/or on screen would be a big help. It’s difficult to find where to do certain things online especially when it comes to the Philippines government stuff lol.
    Alright my friend, again thank you for doing these videos. I know you don’t have to so you deserve an even bigger thank you.
    Maybe I’ll see you in PI early next year, who knows but it would be fun.
    Cheers

    Dude, just saw your last video and a new subscriber. Try to check out Landers and S&R they are membership shopping stores who have imported good and you can get you shampoo there close to what your getting in the US. There is a Landers branch in BGC. ✌🏻

    I forgot to mention in my other comment. The more details about stuff you can provide the more it helps your viewers like me. Things like exactly what product to purchase, where to get it, estimated cost, what provider to use for what service, etc etc. You mentioned having an iPhone 13 but not where you purchased it (US or PI) and was it from a particular carrier such as Verizon or AT&T, or straight from Apple? Also, you said you bought a SIM card in PI so I was wondering which company was it from and cost.
    There is just this huge ocean of information that is tuff to gather from outside the PI. For people that have fewer resources than you or maybe on a small fixed income (which is why they want to move) cost is a serious issue.
    Thank you again Justin,
    You are really helping so many of us.
    Cheers

    Hi Justin - great videos and info. One question: is tap water in the Philippines (Manila especially) safe to brush teeth and rise your mouth with? I will be moving to Manila from the US for work early next year. Many thanks!

    • @itsJustinSpencer
      @itsJustinSpencer  2 года назад +1

      Yes it’s safe to shower and brush teeth just don’t drink. You can also purchase a shower water filter from Amazon to install if you’d like.
