Century-old Lithuanian club of Mt. Carmel (PA)

"Destination Lithuanian America 2018" expedition expanded the map and encyclopedia of Lithuanian-American heritage sites to Midwest. In doing so, volunteers of the expedition met and interviewed 300+ Lithuanian-Americans, learning the stories behind these heritage sites.

As a kid in 70s my dad sign the pools after church ,me & my older brother use to play pool ,went to santa clauses party's in the basement , then went to clovers to ring the 66 hann bell , at 18 became a fireman and 34 yrs of being a fireman but the lits never joined ,nor was asked to join there ,I am a lithy, and thanks to FB I still have family in Lithuania I. Talk to today , I also would love to go to lithy and meet my family in Lithuania and see where my great grandma and grandpa left from to America ..well the liths was the place I learned pool , when the clovers finally got pool tables Joe daya seen me and Darlene Halcovich shooting I had the table he wanted to shoot for cash but we just shooting for a beer, I talked him into it hoom ! 8 ball on the first shot ,I beat the great pool player Dave Daya Great game Dave, but my pool playing all started At the liths ! With my brother Tony ,he's good too . well moe there's liths history oh I forgot went to Easter egg hunts and santa's party's as a kid everyone knows the Dimminck name but as a lithy they know mine but probably Don't know at age 9 I was Ford's punk,pass& kick Zone champion with Mike Dimminck at age 11 yr but I am the unknown lithy at age 9 was a towns champ ,we both lost at Philadelphia PA but who can say they went that far I am also a Us Army vetran today loves my town and Country , I also Do demolition in town Donhues Row by snakeRd was the green house that stuck out in the alley we demo it but before I took pictures of it .new phone I didn't know pictures enlarged 3 moths later I seen deamond in the windows ,I sent the picture to Coal Region paranormal team ,they couldn't debunk it ,and a arch bishop said they deamonds,not ghosh, the building isn't haunted it's the land .
