Arter today's ride mine now shows 1158 miles. Got mine exactly 2 months 1 day ago. I ordered a slip-on from Scorpion in England just over 1 week ago, hope to have it in a week or so. Total cost is about $540 to my door. I have the Kawasaki windshield on mine along with a Powerbronze tail tidy. I like the Kawasaki accessory rear seat cowl just can't justify the approx. $300 price. Just started to install the Brock's Performance tie down kit I received last week. That combined with taller gearing and raising the forks an inch should really help with the bike wanting to wheelie. The kit will be used only at the drag strip. Thought my 2002 Ninja ZX-12R was quick, but this supercharged beast will EASILY walk it! Not a top speed bike being a naked, but from a roll, DAMN! Keep the vids coming.
I've been riding street bikes since 1976 (when I was 21). Owned 51 bikes in that time with 26 of them brand new. I've owned air cooled, water cooled, inline 6s, flat 6s, inline 4s, and inline twins. NEVER a "V" configured engine. Inline 4 cylinders and six cylinders are my favorite. Don't believe in the concept of "souls", especially as it pertains to machines. So to say a certain type of motorcycle has or does not have a "soul" in my opinion is ridiculous. Love my ZH2! It's the quickest most powerful motorcycle I've ever owned or riden. Nuff said.
Steve Smith when I say soul, I mean character. Modern 4 cylinder engines are almost perfect. They run smoothly and have very little vibration. Most are almost electric in the way they feel. Now, take my moto guzzi v7 racer for example. It’s an air cooled twin, it hiccups on occasion, it’s a little rough at times, and it makes power like a truck. It makes a lot of different sounds and to me, 100% makes that bike what it is. As ridiculous as it seems to some riders, it’s what makes other riders buy and ride the bikes they do.
Could you please contact me. Concerning the install. The exhaust here is 2000$ and not returnable. Have the 2022 model. Is there any fitting issue except what mentioned
My ZH2 is almost same feeling . too. Yes, there are some issue. No need dam USB position, No space to set smartphone holder. But just up to 5,000 rpm, this one fly and bring me INSANE speed range! (Sport mode was too much for me) And... this Engine is LIMITED by ECU(shut down power from 10,000rpm) H2SX could makes +70 to 90 Wheel horse power , so ZH2 will.... :)
thanks for great video. The reason that this bike not sell is due to the ugly front. if the bike had the Z1000 front it woll sell moor than ever. As fars as i know it only sell 7 bikes of this in Norway.. Jan- to jun 2020- - on the other side the KTM 1290 SDR sell like you buy food in store.
One of the main reasons these won’t sell in the United States is because of insurance costs. That was the main reason I never bought a h2sx. I’m glad I waited .
In Norway the insurance is the same for ktm 1290 sdr or gsxr 1000 or Z H2. New update only 19 Z h2 is sold total in Norway. We are only 5 milion peopel. I will also wait until oktober/november when the new Euro 5 bikes arrive, hope for a new Z1000
i was thinking of buying this but i agree with you, something about this bike just doesnt sit right with me, not saying its a bad bike but idk... for the same price id rather get the V4 streetfighter
I love my zh2 thing is insanely fast makes my 15 z1000 look like a joke. I dont know if its a common thing or I just got a lemon but my front fork seals exploded at 1050 miles? Warrantied but still annoying
Mine went at 700 kilometres said it wasn’t covered under warranty wrote at letter to Kawasaki and they covered it am still waiting for parts Has yours leaked after the new seals installed?
What mode do you ride in to get that fuel mileage? @ 75mph in any power mode I can’t get over 30 mpg☹️. I didn’t get it for fuel mileage, but damn it is a gas hog
Now that exhaust looks way better on the ZH2 than on the ninja h2. I need to sit down on one of those though to see how it feels. So far street fighter bikes aren’t comfortable to me.
I got the exact same bike. I agree with everything you said. I tried buying the rear ssat cowl up here in canada but it was matt grey/black. Yours looks color matched to the tail fairing. I returned mine. Where did you buy yours from??
Will you be open to doing some performance mods? I hear a ECU flash should theoretically give it up to 40 more horsepower when one comes out as it has a similar engine to the H2 SX.
@@05jimbo164 if you order, they’ll ship it out as soon as they restock. So once the manufacturers send the products to Brock’s, they’ll print your label and try to ship it asap. Even if website is sold out, you’re still able to purchase

How do you think this would feel between the ZH2 and the ZX10R? I was looking at both bikes but haven't decided on which one would be a faster and more fun bike to ride.
Main difference is going to be comfort, is the majority of your riding going to carving corners and full leathers at max lean? If so, ZX10, if anything else the ZH2 hands down is the better bike and just as fast!

Try putting it in “rain mode”, 😂 I did that for the first time and I couldn’t believe how much power it pulls. 😂
That's how I broke mine in.
Why do they make mufflers so huge on the side of the bike. Under belly mufflers do much nicer.
Nice bike. I wouldn't jump into the ecu rabbit hole with it. No end to the money you can spend when the mods begin
Lol ecu flash, 3/4 pipe, and a filter is all it needs to be a whole new bike.

How’s that slip on working for you? I know those are made for the regular h2 any issues? Not much to be found for exhaust in New England for them.
Ben Trapletti it’s working just fine! I have a new video up with another exhaust.
I had exactly the same Akropovic on my H2 so it actually fits on both bikes no modification needed for the ZH2 ?
Well done / informative video... thanks... do you think its possible to raise the handlebars a bit with spacer blocks?
I believe the cables and hydraulic lines would allow for a small rise.
