- Norman Reedus and Jon Bernthal would listen to Howard Stern every morning on the way to set for Walking Dead and discuss at work. Howard Stern is a big fan of the show and has the cast members on often... Everyone except Norman Reedus.

I love that Jon thought his career was just gonna end when Shane died, boy was he wrong, dude deserves all the praise, he kills it in everything he does.
He's the best character in TWD. Governor is a close second. The others don't measure up.

Fury was proof he was versatile.
I met Norman at a Zombcon in Seattle the first year of the walking dead..Bernthal was also supposed to be there but he cancelled. Norman was the coolest, most down to earth dude. I was walking down the hallway of my hotel with my girlfriend and he commented on our zombie costumes and walked with us as we made our way to the event.... He carried a bottle of whiskey most of the night sipping from it and chatting with people.. At one point in the evening they had a zombie prom in the ballroom and Norman was dancing with his bottle of whiskey on the dancefloor surrounded by zombies..It was so surreal and funny at the same time.. He was really having a good time.
These two seem like two of the most genuine and nicest guys in Hollywood. Love seeing how far they've come.

Yea I don’t get it either Howard use to be awesome but now he’s the person he use to talk shit about
Thank You 🙏🏼 Lmfao
He's become the very thing he despised in his prime
Weird to me that people are just now saying Norman has arrived since WD premiered. I’m 36 and Normans been a legend to me since I saw “The Boondocks Saints” when I was 15. Probably the most influential movie of my high school years. All my friends were obsessed after I showed them that movie!
I first saw him in Blade 2
It's not that good of a movie. It's a film school student movie.
@@johncooper7663
It might not be good on a technical level, but It’s a fun movie that high school boys can relate to, in regards to wish fulfillment.
Yup
Boondocks saints isn't a great movie
Seeing his dog come in at the end and just sit there like, "yo, I gotta go out" killed me lol
That was hilarious
Watching Norman evolve over the years has been crazy
I love seeing John and Norman together it’s the best
Definitely.
Boondock saints
You mean watching his hair grow and his face wrinkle?
From a Bjork music video and modeling to the walking dead it was a wild ride.
Norman explains how heartbroken he was over Howard not wanting him on the show...30 seconds later, Howard loves Shane.
Lol I noticed that too. I think Bernthal didn’t mean to be rude to Norman at all, he was just excited to share with his good friend about how one of their heroes liked him. But ya kinda comes off as “he didn’t like you? Well he LOVED me!” Again tho I think Bernthal didn’t mean anything by it
It baffles me how two adults can fangirl over some weird ugly creep.

this really feels like i'm just watching two friends talking, this may be the most comfortable i've ever seen norman
My favorite thing is seeing celebrities fanboying about each other. It's so relatable and humble. Also, Stern should definitely have Reedus on. I bet that would be an amazing interview.
Celebs fan-boying each other doesn't equate to humble to me 🤷♂️. I like both these guys but I find what you described as the opposite of humble. Telling each other how great you are etc etc. I don't understand how you feel this is relatable?. People in real life don't fan-boy each other in that way (in my experience).
“I bumped into Bababooey at The White House” is something I never thought I’d ever hear 😂
Just stumbled across your channel-really enjoyed seeing Norman on & Sarah as well! Would love to see you have Andrew on eventually! Love the content!
Shane was one of the best characters of the walking dead, even after 11 seasons of the show.
Walking dead was not the same after Shane was killed off, but Jon has done some incredible work since his departure
Shane was going crazy, and he was about to kill Rick twice.
Can't understand why American Gigolo was cancelled right away. Jon was so much better than Richard Gere ever was ! their loss if they can't bother to write something good or trust their audience. He's sooo making it into the A-list !
I remember seeing Norman in 8mm with Nick Cage back in 98 and his small role was memorable. Less than 5 mins and I always remembered that scene.

Stern is a prime example of the saying “You either leave as a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” He’s not the Stern of old that would make fun of a total sell out he’s become. Norman should take it as the highest form of flattery. All my opinion, of course.

Hello
Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial.
On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people.
While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there.
I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes.
I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life.
Can we talk?
Real and honest talk, that's why I love this channel.
Love the videos keep up the great work
I have to say it, Howard Stern that we all knew & loved from his early days are now a distant memory. Howard Stern is the biggest bloke in entertainment today, after Alyssa Milano.

@rudy2fat this is a hard cope.
That show is completely dead, it was already dead and then podcasting just crushed it even more. But it had a really long run and huge influence, can't deny that. Sirius had to pay him ludicrous money because they had no one else. Now they're getting Conan who is way more talented, so maybe now their penny stock won't tank if they fire Stern.

Stern actually addressed this on his show yesterday. He said he never thought Norman would want to be on cuz he saw him as a quite guy like how he is on twd. He felt that he would be a difficult person to interview if the guy isn't talkative. But Stern really wants Norman on the show. Stern said he's a huge fan of the show and a huge Daryl fan. He ripped Baba Booey a new one after he heard this podcast.
Sounds like bullshit to me, Howard is sensible enough to know that actors are not the characters they portray, and he easily could have looked him up in other interviews to see what he interviews like (I can only judge off this interview, he seems to be quite personable and talkative), after all these years he should know how to interview someone.
@@rivertam7827 so then what is the real reason

Howard Stern is still alive and doing his show? I haven't thought about that guy in decades.
& he's made $1bn on a semi-retirement plan during that time. He stopped caring about relevance the second he agreed to go to satellite radio.
Haven't seen/heard anything from him since 06'.
He's only alive in the biological sense. He's a complete tool and curmudgety old man now.
He had Jeffrey Dean Morgan on his show.
He still hides in house because he's so scared of Covid.
i've never watched a Norman Reedus interview. seems like a legit cool guy, I saw him across the airport in Costa Rica 8 years ago, now I wish I'd gone over just to say what's up and give him his dap for TWD.

Been watching a lot of these clips and 1) I find it adorable whenever his dog comes in, and 2) I love these real conversations. I find them to be so... Calming to hear people talk about so many subjects, relatable or not, but the honesty is soothing. I love stuff lïke this
And about Howard, I always love finding out about people who like/love him and follow his work, I haven't met the first Dominican in DR to talk about him, and his work, it's like being a huge fan of Curb Your Enthusiasm, I can only have those conversations with either north Americans or Latinos who live in the USA.

I can completely relate to the obsession with Howard Stern. I was addicted to that show. I remember losing sleep the night after Baba Booey threw the 1st pitch at the Mets game.
