Valentina, short documentary

The documentary revolves around Valentina, a Bulgarian woman who lives with her family on Lofoten, a cluster of islands in northern Norway.
She has worked in the town’s fish factory for twelve years, cutting fish. Stamsund is a town not dense in population but rich in nature, in which Valentina has built a life after following her ex-husband to Norway, and left behind a vibrant life in Sunny Beach. Out of her short-lived marriage came Martin, her son, who was born on Lofoten. Today, she tries to keep the happiness in her everyday life constant through Martin, dance and singing.
