Just a suggestion. I was able to complete this mission under 6 min, and with only 3 injured(the hostage that was already injured and the 2 terrorist on the ground), this is what i did.
1. Use sniper to shoot 2 guards outside of plane
2.Use swat unit to arrest, 2 terrorost inside plane, i was able to rush to the terrorist before he throws a grenade.
3. Do not arrest the terrorist leader until u have evacuated everyone from the plane.
4.make sure you have 1 patrol car on stamdby near the mosque(the terrorist leader will pass by that area to run to the gate which is near the mosque) .
5. Once u have evacuated everyone from plane, arrest leader with officers from patrol car
