2:28 - paint on bare metal with clear sign of rust. :-/ Any good reason not to take that rust away and put zinc-paint on before the paint?

Did you use the paint only or with the primer and the lacquer ?

I used only paint. The damage is a few millimeters wide so there is no need for prime and lacquer.

​@@abbashomoud2460 When the damage is bigger polishing may be required. First primer, let it dry. Then layer of paint let it dry and finally lacquer.

If you have deep scratches, you need to ensure the primer layer on your vehicle hasn't been compromised or scratched past.
If you have rust, DO NOT USE THIS PEN. You cannot get rid of rust with a pen. It needs to be removed from the vehicle. The only thing you will do by putting some silver paint over it is prolong the inevitable. The rust will spread over time.
For small surface layer dings and peels, sure. It might work. But for how long, and what could peel it off?
