Basically, they showed 2 dishes over and over again. Noodles and Jia Bing (giant pancakes/crepes). There is quite literally 100's of other foods they could have shown. Shou Jia Bing (hand pulled pancakes), Yang Rou Chuan (lamb meat sticks covered in Cumin, pepper and salt), rou jia mo (meat pockets filled with pork belly - yum), ma la tang, Sheng Jian Bao (fried soup pork dumplings), Jiao Zi (normal dumplings). The list goes on. Google image some of this stuff!

thats not a crepe thats just a thing like crepe its almost the same not sweet tho. the thing on it is soysauce added with sugar and some other recipe they use so yuh
+sabrina thegoodwitch The sauce is hoisin (chinese equivalent of bbq sauce) or some other soy bean paste sauce, chilli sauce, scallions or cilantro, fried wonton wrapper and or romaine lettuce leaf for crunch, pickles etc.
