- (English below) El otro día vi en Moddb que habían lanzado Marrow, un episodio nuevo hecho por fans de 10 mapas para Blood, el clásico shooter de Molith Productions. Así pues, en este gameplay lo pruebo con la misma versión de Blood que me creé con el source port Raze más algunos mods que mejoran los gráficos con texturas y enemigos reescalados y voxels para la mayoría de los sprites, que actualmente es mi forma favorita actual de jugar a este juego. Este nuevo episodio, además, tiene una banda sonora nueva especialmente creada para la ocasión, que potencia la ambientación tétrica del juego. En general, un episodio muy bueno con algunos buenos trucos visuales (si bien, un poco lineal en ocasiones). En este vídeo muestro los 3 primeros niveles.

The other day I saw on Moddb the release of Marrow, a new fan made episode of 10 maps for Blood, the classic shooter by Molith Productions. So, in this gameplay I test it with the same version of Blood that I created with the Raze source port plus some mods that improve the graphics with upscaled textures and enemies and voxels for most of the sprites, which is currently my favorite way to play this game. This new episode also has a new soundtrack specially created for the occasion, which enhances the gloomy atmosphere of the game. Overall, a very good episode with some good visual tricks (if a bit linear at times). In this video I show the first 3 levels.

Blood is still my favorite Halloween FPS game to play. With custom campaigns it makes it really enjoyable and a great start for Horror month. For quite some time I was playing the poor man's Blood Zblud for Doom. Growing up I've been wanting to play it. Glad GOG and Steam has it.
Tengo curiosidad por probar esta campaña, aunque de momento estoy con Trauma Therapy (que, lamentablemente, está roto en el último mapa del Episodio 1 en su versión más reciente) y después quiero probar Death Wish.
How are you supposed to run it with Raze? The Readme states that you need to drag'n'drop the Marrow folder (from the Raze version) onto the Raze.exe. That, however, immediately crashes.
Well, you can already see in my video that it works with Raze and doesn't crashes. However, I start it using a .bat file with the following: raze -file MARROW.zip -ini MARROW.ini
Try it and see if it works for you.
Does Raze crash alot for you? Cause its crashed on me quite a few times. Sticking with NBlood and FS for now.
I don't have any crashes with Raze.
Hola!! En tu vídeo del Blood original recomiendas jugar con Raze, ¿mejor que con Blood GDX? En el pcgaming wiki pone que con Raze, las cinemáticas no funcionan ¿lo han arreglado?
Lo puedes ver al principio de dicho vídeo, no hay ningún problema con los vídeos en Raze. Si lo hubo, hace tiempo que se solucionó. Para mi sí, Raze es muy superior que BloodGDX (o BuildGDX en general), que nunca me ha gustado demasiado por ciertos problemas como el frametime. Además, actualmente está abandonado.
why modern games can't be so actractive like boomer fps... seems like when pc could not achive the fun of a platform on nintendo even being more powerful
