Nice fish and respect for the gentle way you handle the fish, unhook them softly (problably with barbless hooks). Every flyfisher should do it your way. I wish you many tight lines! Wich river is this where you fished on?
great video, thanks for sharing, very nice grayling. what river was it by the way? i'd love to get some permits to fly fish some streams in the black forest near us too. reading your blog now, cheers!
Many thanks, glad you liked it! This little stream is a Danube tributary, i don’t want to name it publicly, too many good waters have been destroyed by that. If you have any questions don’t hestitate to drop me a line by FB or email.
@@troutfishinggermany9186 Thanks for the reply! Danube is good enough for me. And, no, never tell your spots on RUclips! Haha. I'm in Karlsruhe and am doing the Fischerprüfung at the moment. Have been fishing in Alsace on and off the past few years but heard grayling are not far away from here and that brought me to your videos. Great vids, cheers again. :)
@@continual-improvement374 sounds great! drop a line by email or Facebook if you need help in finding good rivers for trout and grayling. There are some nice waters not too far away from you!

Thank you for the enjoyable video. Do you use an indicator when fishing with the nymphs? (i couldnt see one). Lovely grayling
Thanks for the comment. No, i am not using indicators, don’t really like them.

CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE FISHING POLE WEIGHT, LINE ETC THAT YOUR USING. THIS DOES NOT LOOK LIKE YOUR PIKE GEAR ????
Hello. I am using a Hardy Zephrus 9‘ 4wt paired with a Hardy Ultralite FW reel. For the line I really like the Lee Wulff Triangle Taper.
