It is because Los Angeles is so congested. Other more rural states are not as congested and the police can take more agressives actions without endangering civilians.

Anyone planning to move to California, I highly advise against it. I have lived in Southern California all my life, 62 years, it used to be a great State!! The 'Golden State', now it has become a sewer with no filters, I am retired now and in 6 months my wife retires, we are selling our house and moving to a more friendly State, if there is one left by the time we move out of this crap State.

Don’t blame the police. Blame the leftist politicians you voted for, supported by leftist news orgs (like this one) who in turn make laws more relaxed and force police departments to have stupid policy. For your information, most departments in LA county can’t pursue a vehicle that is only stolen because the DA, along with the DOJ and the Governor of CA, don’t think it’s a “serious crime.”

I wasted 40 minutes and 20 seconds of my precious time watching the incompetence of the California police in allowing a dangerous guy doing dangerous maneuvers on public roads with a stolen pick up truck to at the end this video ends without the notice if the guy was caught or not 🤦♂️
