Simply means that family for you is the most important thing, and being together no matter what ❤ living and thriving on a different culture with a different language is not easy, but you are succeeding at it. Giving your kids the experience of living in Mexico and experiencing both cultures is amazing. Nowadays, kids who grow in the US don't have the same values and don't appreciate everything that they have, but kids that grow in Mexico see the world as a sea of oportunities ,and they work hard for what they want. Growing a family together on a nurtured environment is the best.
Yes it's understandable that a lot of people have a lot of questions about this subject! the baby automatically obtains the US citizenship because one of the parents is a US citizen. Immigration requires proof a 5 year history that you lived in the united states. Personally I think is very easy to do. File form N-600 to the USCIS office and just fallow instructions from them to what to do next! I think is nice that you are having the baby in Mexico because you don't have to go trough all the trouble to get the baby the Mexican citizenship. El consulado Mexicano lo hace mas dificil y lo platico por experiencia propia no se si en puebla sea mejor que en la frontera. Muchas felicidades y muy buena decision de tener a tu bebe en Mexico🙏

No entiendo por qué tanto interés en saber si vas a tener al bebé en USA o en México. Y que si lo Tienes en México no va a tener sus beneficios como estadounidense. Unfortunately, because the law change in 2017 her son was not able to get his U.S citizenship. Have a great evening.🌸🌸🌸

We've never had to show proof of pregnancy/conception lol! I don't think that's needed if the citizen is the mother. We've transferred citizenship for 2 kids.
We had to show date stamped photos of Fidel and I together in Mexico around the time of conception and date stamped photos of me actually pregnant (like baby bump pics). This was in 2019 for Dominic’s CRBA appointment in Mexico City and yes I’m a citizen. Like I said every case is different but when I called that was one of the things I was told to bring and they asked to see them during my interview.
My wife has dual citizenship, I am working on my Mexican residencey and will then apply for citizenship. We are also applying for our 3 sons for their Mexican citizenship via my wife. Pretty easy process for our boys, just have to have ALL requested documents and make your appointments on time. Mine takes a bit longer, but is worth the effort 💜✅💜
