i noticed that the inner side of the tire is wearing off that means it needs alignment but first you got to check the inner tie rods,outer tie rods lower control arm ball joint, and upper control arm joint; the outer tie rods wears off first
That's your "ball joints," which are attached to your tierods, when worn-out it will start to vibrate... time to go to an alignment shop 😢
That hole is due to movement.
