Just want everybody to know that Heera beat Arslan's zafina 2-0 and send him to losers . After that Arslan was on fire and beat farzeen akuma with Kuma. Both are serious rivals and friends from a long time.

@@yoban360 Arslan was losing against Farzeen's Akuma a lot with his Zafina so he started using Kuma. After that he never lost a match against Farzeen. But in this tournament Farzeen used Leroy instead but still lost to Arslan's Kuma. You can check the match on Arslan Ash twitch channel.

its kinda obvious that arslan has the advantage of having nerves of steel, being in big tournaments and everything helped him a lot. Herra seems to get flustered more and i think he needs more exposure to big tournaments, specially overseas. All that said, both are extremely good.

I really like him and I watch him in every tournament. he starts great but at the end I dnt know what happens. But at same time he pulls of great sets. Some time he feels like he has nerves of steels. some time it feels like he has no composure at all. What I think is, he does not change his style
What Arslan did on the first set using Kuma was incredibly smart albeit incredibly telegraphed. Using Kuma for that throwaway set was a good idea because Kuma has such a contrasting playstyle to the subsequent characters so you can't adapt a strategy to learn exactly what your opponent would do in every likely scenario, what tempo he uses, what range he plays at, what moves he uses when force-crouched, when block punishing, when wiff punishing, etc...
When TMM used to say that Pak is best in 2D characters. I personally feel Pak steves are just on another level. You guys can check Saleh, Nauman steves matches against Super Akouma in takra cup. They were too strong for him.
But I really like another steve named as ''Ahmed Xhk'' just watch his sets against hassan naruto and its very different setups.

I don't understand how the devs could get rid of Kuma's iconic red shirt. Tekken 4 Kuma was the shit. Going back into the wild to become stronger but still sneaking into villages to watch TV through windows because he loves it too much...genius storytelling.

He doesn't even have his signature bandana either, which he has had in every game since T3 as a costume option. They were very very lazy with customizations in this game imo.

Pak literally has 3,4 awesome steve players. Though Heera is may be on another level. But Saleh, Nauman are very good too. They both beat Super Akouma. Now, There is another steve Ahmed Xhk is rising. Very entertaining steves.

@@tee_saw you cover more distance when you backdash slower than that. If you look he's going nowhere with how fast that is. He's just flexing or "popping off" because that's what people usually do at the end of a round
Was it really hard? You learn kbd long enough you can do that easily. Reason why most don't do it is cause you generally want to prolong your backdash before cancelling to get the most out of it.
TMMSWE should be the official tekken narrator in every tekken even, because, unlike many others, he does really know about the game.
Imagine being two hits away from winning 3-0 and dude comes back and beats you 3-2.

among pakistani high skilled players, i'll always root for arslan despite the impression that other players in their community seems to be a bit on the under dog side compared to arslan. for one reason, that arslan in person a true educated gentle man and doesn't dismiss anyone who obviously more likely less skilled than him.

Heera going for Akuma was to throw off Arslan from Steve, especially since he was already getting the hang of it. Maybe if he went for Akuma another round, that might've thrown off Arslan from getting a feel for his Steve. Too big of a risk though
As a Kazumi player myself, Arslan Ash helps me a lot with how he plays. Fortunately, I know how to do all the moves he uses.
Me too. Arslan inspired me to pick up Kazumi. If it wasn't for that character, I wouldn't be learning fundamentals.

Pound per pound is only used in ‘real’ contact sports especially boxing.. the correct term should be, ‘smash by smash’ as in smashing the buttons like a panic move set.

i literally love your analysis but in the end u were a little biased towards hera malik...u already know why he won the 2 evos...there is no question about luck or anything...when it comes to complete technical style arslan is way beyond every player in reflexes side steps counter hits...arslan won because he shut all the doors to heera till the last set...and to mention heera malik is the best steve in the world not some ordinary player...he has beaten many of the best.

Just cancel PAB and you can connect sonic fang if you're quick enough.
PAB f+2 then cancel it with f+3+4 into sonic fang
I feel like Heera is the more skilled player, but lacks nerves in big situations.

I really don’t think it was nerves. Arslan just makes smarter and quicker adjustments than anybody else in the world. When he’s on he makes everybody look like they’re choking

Heera is new player , knee is an old steve player since tekken 6 , he won many tournaments like Evo , TwT sonce 3 years with steve before Aslan shows off himself . He played a pakistani tournament like team match but he defeated them with steve fox. Heera started showing , he is one of the best steve player but not the number 1. Heera has patience when he’s playing but knee has a agressive gameplay he puts pressure on you and he has many setups with Steve. Go watch the knee RUclips channel.

Game makers should consider this, they are putting too many techniques to other new characters making yhrm OP. They should consider adding new techniques for steve.
Arslan used Kuma cause Arslan dominated awais's Leroy with Kuma and that is before the Nerf of Leroy. In this tournament Arslan's Kumar beat farzeen's Akuma.
